Not impressed United airlines put me here Because of a missed connection
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only is it cringy and DOES NOT meet the basic requirements of a MOTEL… the only new part is the lobby. Everything else comes from the 50s does not look like pictures at all! and besides that the customer service is completely atrocious, Jasmyn and superisor Candance treated me like trash and was insanely rude and incompetent on common customer service etiquette. Sad because I’m an employee and would never treat a guest like how I was treated all weekend
Shuttles few and far between compared to other hotels. Room was stained with cigarette smoke. Dark and dingy. Run away. It’s possible there are bed bugs.
If you try calling the hotel from LAX airport to check if you are in the right pick up zone, no one local will answer only main call center. This took 25 minutes to speak with a live person who gave me the number to LAX transportation desk. My shuttle took 1 hr to arrive and the hotel is .9 miles from LAX.
I would give it a zero if I could.

TOTAL RIPOFF AND SCAM! AVOID!!
Okay, let's keep this simple. Pros and cons.
CONS:
Television didn't work, and yes, it was plugged in.
The water pipes in the bathroom visibly wobbled in and out of the walls whenever you used a handle.
The Wi-Fi was so anemic that my phone carrier flashed a message that it would be unable to do pretty much anything off of that network connection.
Our neighbor's door auto closer was so wound tight that it would slam their door every time they used it.
The climate controlled system is janky.... Every time you try to adjust the temperature up or down the screen flashes another temperature at you that is at least 20° different than the setting you're looking for.
PROS:
The door and locks were relatively beefy.
No evidence of bed bugs present.
The lights worked.
The bed is nice.

My car got hit and run in front of the lot - the staffs said no one is liable and persuade me to drop it. They also charged $46/night for parking on top of room rate. Ridiculous and would never return. NEVER.
Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights despite of the rising of the new variant of Covid19 the entire place are not sanitize regularly. Staff are not accommodating and room 324 ac is not working well. POOR SERVICE OVERALL and CHARGED my DEBIT CARD A LOT 👎👎👎
