The food was great, the restaurant was nice, and the service was wonderful.
But this is 2024, and you're a pizza place that's open at 4pm on a weekend, and you don't have a baby changing table? A clean and safe place to care for a tiny human's bodily functions is not an unreasonable accommodation to ask for.
The shift manager apologized sincerely - and said this has been a common complaint for years. YEARS?
If the owners of this place truly don't want families with small children to visit their pizza restaurant, that message was received loud and clear.

We got delivery pizza after a long day of traveling to Providence. Never had coal fired pizza before. LIFE CHANGING! The Bianca is seriously one of the best pizzas I’ve ever put in my mouth. So damn good!
We loved their pizza! The waiter was super nice and friendly. Their crust was 🤌 Definitely plan your dinner here if you are visiting Providence!
The pizza tastes great. Service is poor. They seat you right away but once you're in it's difficult to get your server to move along the dinner. Couldn't get the check until 30 minutes after we ate. Importantly the pizza is great.
If you like coal fire style pizza, this place is great. Had a Caesar salad that is very lightly dressed and a margherita pizza. Good amount of basil. Edge pieces good crisp but the couple of middle pieces were a bit floppy in the middle but all still good. Went back a second time on the same trip 🙂
The food was delicious. The atmosphere was great. I would recommend the Baby Bella. It was amazing!!!

Had a great late lunch stop, staff was friendly and attentive. They have some unique pizzas as well as your standard selection. Try the clam pizza! All 3 of the pizzas we tried were great and had a lot of flavor. They are all made fresh with the crust hand tossed on-site! Definitely recommend stopping in!
