Overcharged me 14 EUR, I called them to tell about my issue the next day when I noticed it in my bank statement they told me that I need to come again to fix this. I was frustrated because it is the other part of the city and their mistake and ask if anything else can be done which they said was impossible. I said Ok, I will come and hang up. When I came the same day - the employee started lecturing me which I not initially understood because of his English. So the claim on his part was that I SAID OK and hang up. He was shuddering and telling me that I have no respect and blah blah blah. Which I was shocked to hear honestly. I‘ve bought something from you and then I had to go to your store again the next day to listen to your lectures when it was your employee who made a mistake? And for what? For not saying goodbye? What did you expect me to do? You didn’t even apologize for my inconvenience and you will be teaching me manners? That is crazy on TNF part to have that customer service quality for these prices. Next time I will buy from online platforms instead not to talk to employees again. BTW store manager apologized for the inconvenience but still was on the employee side and didn’t apologize for his behavior.

Nice staff, but the prices are beyond good and evil.

They have so rude staffs! I really had my worst shopping experience here!
I bought a jacket here and one of their staffs promised that this jacket is perfect for winter, so I asked is it possible to return it if it wasn’t fit and he said absolutely you could! So I took it and tested it for a few minutes outside and it wasn’t warm enough! I took it back on the next day and didn’t accept it easily from me! They said you shouldn’t wear it! One of their colleagues was so rude and said everything he could! It was really my worst experience of shopping on a store in my life!!

The staff is unhelpful and unfriendly, the prices are higher than in other shops, and if you regret your purchase, you cannot return it (whereas in other shops and online you're entitled to a full refund). Definitely not worth the risk. I'd recommend you to go there only if you want to try the clothes on, and then buy them online (waaay better costumer service, plus return rights). Or just go to the other TNF shop that is a short 10-min walk from this one, it's an official seller and much nicer store.

Grumpy cashier girl. Would not let us return a jacket at first because it smelt like food (had been tried on once and placed back in the bag- maybe she was just hungry) moaned that we were too late to bring it back when in fact it was not too late at all.
We did return it as it was in perfect condition but she tried everything to prevent us giving it back. Try crack a smile next time!

The store was very well presented and very tidy.... however if you trying to get any discounts I wouldn't recommend this store.

The staff said they do not accept discounts as they are a "French high street owned brand", if you do wish to get any discounts you are better off going to the Berlin bikini store.
