Best Hawaii of my life, but 25 min for a pizza is a bit too long
We asked at the front door if they were open, told yes, basically we’re waved away (yes waved) by the older man at the front counter who mumbled closed 🤷🏼♂️

The worse experience ever, Super rude, I did an order online and they didn’t care about my order, I had a code for a tiramisu and they said call customer service, No empathy, And they didn’t cut the pizza even when I requested it, the pizza was burnt, The staff didn’t care, Really sad because this company normally there are nice people but it was the worse experience so far, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone
Staff are so rude and unfriendly when I asked for a pizza they made up an excuse saying because they had so many orders they couldn’t serve me?! That is such a terrible excuse don’t go there! Appalling unreasonable treatment!
Pizza was thin crust, but super soggy. Big pie, good price. Not the fastest shop.
Very bad service and pizza.
1. Our Pizza (one Margarita) took more than one and a half hour to deliver.
2. When the pizza came it was as cold as it has been in the fridge.
3. The pizza itself tasted terrible.
Never will order here again! There are much better pizza deliveries in Salzburg than this one here.
