I tried their Outcall massage service,
Too tired to go to the SPA I opted for one of their massage therapist to visit my hotel.
Very easy to book , the operator was very accommodating and professional.
I had specific requirements for the therapist, I was fully satisfied.
I have been promised 30 minutes ETA , it was a little more,
but ok, I can forgive this.
The massage therapist that arrived to my hotel was certainly very pleasant and very well mannered, quickly transformed my hotel room in a massage parlor, all tools were there. Good quality oil, very nice aroma.
The massage technique was perfect for me, I felt reborn.
I will certainly book more outcall from this place before I go.

I found Serenity Spa massage place as a simple walk in, while coming out from a restaurant nearby with a colleague, did know nothing of the high quality place reputation, I found out later when I looked it up so to make a very well deserved review.
I received a very warm welcome , very professional, I was even surprised they asked me upfront if I had any health problem or chronic back or joint problems, is definitely one notch higher approach than the average of massage places in Hong Kong. The massage room was very clean and with a very comfortable private shower.
I am very fond of massage , I could even say I am a true addict, thus I also have some basic knowledge.
The technical level of the traditional Chinese massage I received in Serenity is quite high, even comparing with my experience in mainland China. I could recognize many of the classic techniques sequences for Tuina:
in the back massage: Roufa, Gunfa, Bofa, Anfa, Tuifa, Yizhichan Fa, Niejifa…..
And in the legs massage: Tuifa, Anroufa, Gunfa, Nafa, Anroufa, Cuofa……
Honestly while my massage therapist girl executed these massage techniques sequences I was gradually feeling like my body didn’t have weight and floated in the air, she knew the acupressure meridians pathways very well, and clearly her hands have good training and experience.
I have to admit that on top of being very talented in the massage she also possessed an undeniable sex appeal, these two things combined are quite rare I must say and a little irresistible ;-)
Meeting back in the reception with my colleague in the end of the massage, his face make me understand that he was definitely very happy : - ) too.
I will certainly come back to Serenity, and I definitely recommend this massage place for anyone who want a real Therapeutic massage by elegant and sensual therapists.

My massage therapist was magic, very powerful hands and sensitivity. I came out of the spa with an improved stamina, and very happy mood. Serenity spa is amazing place to relax and have a good time. I have been visiting for more than 7-8 years and I have never had any complaints. The masseuses are usually very professional and always given a great service. The place is clean and comfortable. I have never had a bad experience here. The place is easy to find in the center of tsim sha Tsui. Will always return as as customer
I found Serenity Spa searching for a good happy massage in Hong Kong. The conclusion is that I got a very good quality massage service from a very pleasant massage therapy girl. I didn't make an appointment, as I was curious to see what would happen if I just walked in.

I was able to choose my therapist and I selected a 90 minute massage. The receptionist spoke good English, but my therapist... not one word. She was able to feel all my problems and blockages in my back, in my right knee, and it was clear that she had studied massage or had some degree of professional training.
The results were next to magic. I felt rejuvenated and my mood was boosted for the rest of the day. I certainly recommend this place. Even just the atmosphere in the seating area makes you feel relaxed.

This was my first time at Serenity. Management wasn’t there when I arrived so I didn’t get to speak to anyone and was led into a room by the masseuse herself. There also wasn’t a choice of picking which girl. Fortunately I had Abby and she was wonderful. Her English was limited so I ended up paying a little more than I expected because of the lack of communication. Nevertheless I was happy to pay it because I received such an incredible experience! Highly recommended. I hope to return soon!
