I ordered pink sapphire earrings for $75 and when they arrived the box said they were pink quartz. This was fine, they still looked nice; however, upon further inspection, they are most likely cubic zirconia as they cast a rainbow in the light whereas quartz or sapphires wouldn't cast a rainbow. Charging $75 for cubic zirconia is outrageous when you can get the same product for $20 elsewhere.

If I can give this place 0 review I would! Very overhyped “jewelry” that will not last at all. The service sucks and do not respond to emails. Spend your money wisely not here.

The sphere stud earrings I ordered for my girlfriend immediately dented because she dropped them the first time she tried to put them on. They are extremely fragile and not what I expected for something advertised as everyday wear.

I tried to return but the short returns window was already closed.

Beautiful, quality products. Great customer service. Easy online ordering and delivery. I wear my earrings everyday!

I placed an order and was sent the wrong. I emailed and called to try to get the correct item sent. I received an email back that was not helpful and had to leave an unanswered voicemail when I called. The website shows that in the case of a wrong item shipment, you have to return the product- for a fee, and once they receive the wrong item back, they will issue a credit. Then you have to reorder the item that you have originally ordered. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Initially I got 2 pairs of huggie earrings for Mother’s Day gifts but due to Covid, I received them too late. Company was very Quick with communication and apologetic. My daughter and I ended up keeping the earrings and LOVE them. She’s 8 but they seem to stay in well. We both sleep in them. They are light weight and comfortable.
