Hibachi Express

If you ORDER ONLINE, they do not cook your food UNTIL YOU GET THERE. So, they rush. I ordered Mongolian Beef w/fried rice. Not only did the give me a half onion, it wasn't even half way cooked. The beef should have been strips of flank steak. Instead, I got cubes of beef. It didn't taste like Mongolian beef, just beef in onions. Food was hot but it's not what I ordered.

No dining room. Personally, I didn't like it. My sister and her sister-in-law said it was fine. Might've been better if we could eat it fresh there!!

Grade a+ people and food. Owned by small family they do an amazing job to get you delicious quick accurate food. Good place with wholesome people.

I ordered chicken hibachi and only received small amounts of veggies and chicken, but an entire plate of rice. I removed the chicken and veggies to show the amount of rice given

I love the Chicken Teriyaki, but on my last two orders they gave me a plate of rice with very little chicken and vegetables. I was very disappointed. Will be looking for a new place to order from.

My son turned me on to the combination steak shrimp and chicken was eating twice a week. Great food and plenty. Don't take all day to cook it hot n fresh. Fried Rice combo with extra yum yum sauce WoW try it.

This location is way better than the one on University dr. It doesn’t have bugs like they do. The food is wonderful and you get so much! I got the Hibachi chicken and it cost me $11-12 dollars a plate. It’s so much food an sooo good! The service is excellent and I will be back

Called the restaurant, asked to speak to a manager and wanted to tell them that sushi was made incorrectly and not as described or shown in pictures in the menu. The manager I spoke to kept saying “if you didn’t like the food you can request a refund through door dash”
I have reached out to door dash for a refund but what the manager didn’t understand was it wasn’t a matter of if we didn’t like the food, I just wanted him to know it was made incorrectly.
Eel roll - supposed to be just eel and avocado. Roll was loaded with cucumber and almost no eel meat or avocado.
Spider roll - supposed to be a rice roll. Received seaweed wrapped roll loaded with cucumber and so little rice it wasn’t even completely around the roll.
Godzilla roll - roll was so messy it was just fell apart, and had almost no spicy tuna in it (which was supposed to be one of the primary ingredients).
Your sushi chef needs additional training and needs to make the items as described in your menu.
