They are a famous supermarket in Japan. The name is Don Quijote(Donki-hote ドン・キホーテ). They are like Wallmart in Japan. Japanese grocery and kitchen ware, small appliances are available.
Very small, spices are small sizes, not much selection. Bathrooms do not have baby changing tables which is really inconvenient for families.
Great snacks sake animate stuff like chips drinks over all snacks made sushi and other ready to eat foods love this place
After we finished lunch at King's Hawaiian we decided shop around in Torrance they we decided to go to the Tokyo Central Market it's a Japanese market they sell very thing from Japan and also the U.S. but most of the items are Japan. We enjoy items from Japan including for things for the house,personal items,sweets,snacks, liquor and so much. I like the drink especially the green tea and anime drinks like DragonBall Z,Pokman, even Hello Kitty etc. Even they sell Frito Lay chips like Cheetos,Doritos.
If you’re into Japanese culture and food - this place is heaven sent for you. They have literally everything you could imagine from food to clothing to personal care products and toys. Got a nice egg sandwich which had cucumbers and was freshly made. They have a little bakery on the side too which is separate.
Great selection of goods. Vegetables are fresh, large amount of prepared foods ready to go, and the sushi is good! Not a huge selection, but enough. Nice selection of liquors, sochu, saki and blended alcohols. Vast array of snacks. Staff isn't helpful, and there's 1 very rude cashier. I won't go to her aisle. But the food is so nice, i like going. Has everything i need.
Eclectic variations of Japanese products and food ingredients/condiments/snacks/drinks found here. Good for a quick visit to find what you need. Ample parking lot, and next door to Daiso store. Layout rather tight, narrow aisles; products are surprisingly different yet might be because customer may not have been familiar with the Japanese brands. Great exploratory adventure.
