I loved Le Bernadin. I'm a vegetarian and tried the 4 course prix fixed. The artichoke appetizer was refreshing and had so much flavor. The mushroom pasta dish was so delicious. And the hazelnut dessert and corn ice cream was also just wonderful wonderful

I had the pleasure of experiencing Le Bernardin’s chef’s tasting menu in New York, and it was truly a culinary masterpiece. From the moment the first course arrived, it was evident that this dining experience was going to be exceptional. The presentation of each dish was a work of art, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and creativity.

The complexity of flavors in every bite was a revelation. Each course showcased a harmonious blend of ingredients, skillfully combined to create a symphony of tastes that danced on the palate. The way they balanced delicate textures with bold flavors was nothing short of remarkable.

The service at Le Bernardin was impeccable, with a knowledgeable and attentive staff that guided me through the menu with grace and enthusiasm. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall experience, providing an elegant and comfortable setting that allowed the food to take center stage.

In conclusion, my experience at Le Bernardin was a culinary adventure that left a lasting impression. The chef’s tasting menu showcased incredible food that was not only presented beautifully but also exuded a depth of flavors that delighted and surprised my taste buds. It’s a dining experience that I will cherish and remember for years to come.

Four of us had their lunch tasting menu and tried everyone's dishes so we got to check ~10 each.

Service was what you'd expect from a 3-star Michelin place. So was the ambience.

Food was a bit more hit or miss. Some dishes were truly original or provoking. Others were more familiar of a "Bib Gourmand" restaurant that is an order of magnitude less expensive.

Even among the highly regarded restaurant list in NYC, I found the food less enticing than places like Gabriel Kreuther.

I had an Incredibly special birthday lunch here and it was nothing short of spectacular. The service is of course as to be expected for 2 ⭐️ Michelin restaurant. The team was very attentive and help helpful with menu suggestions. We had the prix fixe lunch menu and enjoyed several different fish dishes between the two of us. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

This was my first Michelin experience. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. We did the dinner tasting menu with wine pairings. Each combination was thoughtfully crafted and beautifully crafted, but the imperfections stood out from the beginning, including the broken shell on the first plating. Through out the 8 pairings, our standout favorites included the Scallop-Caviar, Halibut with Bourguignonne sauce, and Watermelon with yogurt sorbet. The way the course moved from raw to cooked was a very cool experience. Overall, fantastic experience with great service.

We tried the tasting menu for lunch. Almost loved every dish. Shrimp with truffle foam was our table’s absolute favorite. Main plates were two kind of fishes, which one of them tasted just a little bland for us. Overall a beautiful dining experience.

If you've never eaten at a Michelin starred restaurant you may find yourself blown away by the exceptional service, beautiful space, and the mind-tickling quality of the food. Some of the best bites of my life were at this table. If you want fish, this is the penultimate combination of Japanese and French through a very seafood focused menu.
