Just want to say thank u to glen who really helped me with my parking . There are some nice people around 👍👍👍👍

Absolutely ideal and good all round place for visitors and local use.

It's convenient and cheap to park, but some of the parkings are so tight, so it's not very well thought out.

Lack of signage. If you havnt been there before And leave at the rear to goto the shops beware the big sign (pay on exit) don't mean there's a machine on exit it means you go to enter the shopping mall and go walkabout and pay there. If you have no knowledge of this like me at the time. Stressfull .Or if you are able to charge it to your phone you can pay that day .we paid after we left within ten mins as wife found a member of staff that helped her find the meter. so we postpay £2 cost.not knowing if we have done it correctly i wrote to your parking space .gave them all my details and then get a reply the anpr might had issued you with a fine. But we did pastpay at the meter that gives you untill midnight. So for them to say i might get a fine .ludicrous. nevervwill I enter that carpark again and would suggest no one else does

Good shopping center, went to Boots Opticians and had a very thorough eye test with Andrew, brilliant service😊

The number plate recognition system makes this place easy to use. Usually spaces available. Rates reasonable. Individual spaces not too tight for most cars.

A bit pricey imo, and the road surface inside is too grippy? You can feel your car tyres getting worn down just by driving up the ramps.
However it is kept clean, and the bays are a good size, so are easy to park in.

It's one of the best in Maidstone, however when you have a baby and see people taking up family spaces when they have teenagers, no children or even disabled people using them it is very frustrating to find a space. We would get fined for parking in a disabled space, (and can't use a regular space because we need to get a baby out of the seat, so need the door completely open), but not when people who don't need family spaces take them up.
