If I could I would give it 0 stars. When trying to make an appointment the links never work since now a day EVERYTHING is online and no one even allows you to enter the building without an appointment. And I'm 2 years old, should be tech savvy right? One calls and is on hold for 45min. To reach out to someone in office just to only have the call drop and never get to someone

My experience wasn’t good. Staff can be rude on the phone. If you are from some countries in South America they will treat you poorly. I would never try again. I feel I was discriminated because of my nationality.

Any time I have to visit any government agency, I dread the chore. But I have to say the staff here was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The staff is AMAZING!!! Josept G.was the person who I corresponded with and whom assisted me. If I could rate 100 stars I would.

It is very hard to speak to someone. Send many emails. Have called they just tell you that Ms Gladys is not available and hang up. Everyone has taken advantage of COVID standards and just don’t want to speak to people. We need to get back to where we were before COVID. It will be nice to get better directions with a human voice and not just email and not answering the phone or getting hung up on.

To make an appointment is a little hard because of the waiting period, but after that is simple and the people are very nice and helpful 😊

They never answer the phone or the emails and when they do they lie and tell you to come in to see them but they won't let you upstairs to the 28 floor security won't let you go in.
