As of 2 months ago, I went to this garage due to my company having an account and mandating we use it, and at 0445 the sleepy attendant I formed me that they do not open until 0500. Now I could swear I've seen it noted somewhere that this garage is 24 hrs 🤨... $ you get what you pay for. Sleepy potheads at work. Can't even wait to get off shift...

Why are cars being parked on the street if I'm paying for a parking lot?? Something seems illegal about this🤔

Been 3 months so far and have been using it monthly for my car. No scratches, guys are quick and prompt. Only negative so far is that they took away the garbage can; helps after long trips with the collection of coffee cups and stuff.

I parked here for the 1st time in my life. I found the experience to be great, both checking in and out. Just like most things in NY, parking was expensive @ $52 on a Sunday for less than 3 hours parking. Nevertheless, the location to our destination was unbeatable.

Very rude! They park excess cars on the side so it is a tight squeeze driving in. Couldn't open my door so I pulled a door's length passed the stop sign for space. The rude attendant screamed at me for passing the stop sign which I couldn't follow because of how horrible of a setup they have. This is how they treat paying customers. Such wonderful customer service...

Parked my car here, noticed a scratch when I picked it up. When confronting the manager, he told me to "get the f*** out of here because you f***ing did that". The manager, Boliver, is so unprofessional and needs to be held accountable.

$70 for an SUV for 24 hours (guess that's the avg rate). Car came back spotless so can't complain!
