I was visiting Portland and very sick. I went to ZoomCare even though it was outside my insurance because I was unsure where else to go. I didn't have a car and it was close to where I was staying. They charged $250 upfront which I agreed to. They did a rapid strep test, and it was negative. They then suggested another strep test for labs for 125 and a COVID test for 125. When I said I couldn't afford 500 for the visit the doctor basically said there was nothing else they could do. When I asked about an antibiotic her reply was "we don't just hand them out on the west coast like you do on the east coast". I left with nothing for my 250. Had to fly home super sick 2 days later, got back to Florida, got to my doctor and got on an antibiotic because of a bad ear infection and ongoing fever - and I am finally feeling better. I've never had such a bad urgent care experience anywhere and such a rude doctor who didn't care to help at all. Not thrilled with the experience at all.

Colin is the best! We had a dog bite end of day on a Friday and he stayed late to accommodate us after we had been turned away from other locations. His bed side manner was amazing. Got us in and out so quickly. Give the man a raise!!!

Bad experience... They don't have the proper equipment to perform blood draws, and they sidestepped my questions about medications (which resulted in me paying for a follow up appointment)

Said they took my insurance, went in to get epipen prescription renewed with a primary care appointment, paid my copay, then got $300 bill in the mail for my 5 minute visit with zero attempt to bill my insurance. Such a bait and switch scam.

I always have a great experience when I go to any ZoomCare in the city. I love how easy it is to schedule an appointment, everyone is so friendly and warm and you're in and out pretty fast but still feel completely satisfied with the treatment you received. I would definitely recommend ZoomCare.

So easy. Colin, my practitioner on my last two visits, was friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. A very easy and pleasant visit.

Zoomcare has been great! I often go when I can't get in to see my regular doctor. They are always kind and helpful. Dr. Storz was great today in helping with an ongoing issue.

After scheduling an appointment, it was found that their clinic could not support my care needs. McKenna reached out to other clinics in the area and found a Dr. that could see me at the same time my appointment was scheduled for initially. I'm incredibly impressed with her thoroughness and very apparent care for her clients. 🙂
