Great experience overall. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about their products. It's more expensive than others might be, but they don't offer the same experience. The bud bar is an amazing idea. The Woody Nelson hybrid strain was also one of the best I've ever had!

Reason for 3 stars is because they deliver during the worst snowy day of the year, however before placing my order at 820pm (Delivery stops at 9) I called to make sure it would get here, JEREMY store employee confirmed this, therefore I placed my order and called him back just to confirm he got it cause in the past I have place orders at that time and not get it next day at other stores, he answered yes all good. I thought minimum order of 42 dlls for delivery was too much but is a business so their rules, is ok with me. I order a Blue SKZ Infused Blunt which was 75% filter and 25% weed pretty much (see picture attached to review), I also order 3 Hash Bats pre-rolls which were awful as you cannot drag anything because of the filters being too tight. My order arrived, I met Jeremy at the door and after confirming mi ID and Payment method appareantely he could not hold himself to clarify I had called the store twice, I thought he was just making fun of the fact but then he said it again to what I suppose I had to say sorry? And I did, I obviously thought that was rude from him, specially when I am a customer trying to make sure my order will get deliver under snowy conditions and was very brief and grateful about it. I assume maybe he was mad because of not getting a tip, but the online page does not show an option, even if it did and I might have missed it, there is no necessity on clarifying I called twice, twice. With that being said pictures of this review will show both products I bought which I spent almost 60 dlls on and I completely regret, as if the store was not expensive enough and getting that level of customer service is unbelievable, my 3 stars are only due to fast delivery again, considering snowy conditions. JEREMY thanks for delivering my order and I am sorry if I did not tip but there is no option online that I can tell and me not carrying cash which not help the situation, however being rude in a clever way and clarifying you were not trying to be funny by keeping a serious face and saying twice, I do not appreciate that.

I mean of course they charge you more than what other retailers might but they offer a boutique experience hence the additional few $$ are justified. Also shoutout to my man Xander from Cambie.

Very knowledgeable and highly helpful staff, I enjoy coming to this location every time I visit or need to stock up. Jamie was very helpful and friendly when helping me with a plugged Pax cartridge.
