Amazing hand made bagels ! They are always fresh and the taste is perfect.
Would definitely recommend it if you like to try new types. Great variety and options!

Customer service is nice and friendly every single time once they ran out of my bagel so they gave me a free drink they are once I didn’t have enough cash on me and they still let it slide. Food to Quality ratio is amazing!!!

I waited for my bagel for almost an hour. I was very late to where I had to be and I couldn’t even cancel my online order. The wait time is ridiculous. People who ordered after me got their orders sooner. When I kept asking them they said it was getting ready. I’m never coming here again.

Everything a hand-made Basel walk-up should be. They were humming on Saturday morning, with a line to the doorway and we didn’t pre-order. Still the wait wasn’t more than 7 or 8 minutes, and the mood was excited. Best onion bagel I’ve had since NY, and the egg was delicious, too. You can tell that they really let them slow-proof. Easy parking, and other nice stores nearby.

We used to be big fans of Bethesda Bagels, but at least this location has been really skimping on toppings lately. I just picked up some everything and sesame bagels and both barely have any toppings on them. Why would I go to Bethesda Bagels again when Call Your Mother puts more toppings on a single bagel than I got in my entire dozen from Bethesda?

Excellent place. The service is quick and friendly. The lunchtime fare is diverse and tasty. I enjoyed a bagel dog today with some hardly mustard. Yum.

Parking in this shopping center is tight. It’s busy- at least I lit was at 1:30 pm on a Tuesday.

Very nice spot for a lunch. I can imagine the bagels are good here. At noon they were still smelling amazing.
