It seems that the male manager prefers to serve cold food to his customers and is upset when we request food that is warm enough to eat. There's a chance that he's in the wrong industry. Walmart is looking for employees in the freezer department.
Staff at this location either can’t read or they don’t care, borderline retarded. I ordered the Santa Barbara without cheese and one Double Char with cheese and no tomatoes. Both sandwiches came without cheese and tomatoes. I’ll drive farther next time to the Tukwila Habit Burger since they’ve never messed up my to-go order. 🤬
Ordered on Uber Eats for a BOGO and got a little kids patty on thrown together saucy mess for both burgers. It was supposedly their signature "char burger". Just straight up lazy or petty. Fries tasted fine. There are so many other better burger spots - don't waste your cash.
Quick fast service when you order. The wait time for food depends, however they are relatively quick. Clean lobby and eating area. Decent burger for a "fast food" place. The patties are a tad dry for the amount of oil and drippings that come off these burgers, which you can tell from the photos. Having the pepper, pickles, and sauce options was nice to pack onto the hamburger. I tried their limited time Philly sandwich and it wasn't my favorite, was just ok. Not sure if it was the onions or cheese. It wasn't all that great. I've had their green beans and they are really good. The same goes for the shakes, which are delicious. Overall way better than Mcd, BK, Wendys etc for the price.
The parmesan garlic fries are a joke and waste of money. It is regular fries that they sprinkled parmesan on top, there was no hint of garlic involved. The crispy chicken was extra crispy-it was extremely hard to chew.
Check the menu out! They are way more than a burger joint. We totally enjoyed our 3 choices. The teriyaki burger was moistened by the right amount of Teriyaki sauce and the pineapple slice. Delicious. The ahi tuna on the ahi tuna burger was a great surprise. It was prepared to as moist as Tina can be. The chicken sandwich with avocado we ate cold for dinner. Even cold it was moist and delicious. We have moved the Habit to the top of our list
Been going to this location for years and didn’t have any issues. But today, I received the most disgusting sandwich and I am still nauseous thinking about it. I ordered a Basil Pesto Chicken Sandwich and ate almost the whole thing before I noticed something on the bread. I have no idea what it is, but I am completely grossed out. I can’t tell if it’s mold or something else, but it was really stuck on the bread. I took some pictures of it and included them in this review. Safe to say I can’t eat here anymore.
