Shake Shack Mary Brickell Village

Okay, so here is my review of this place.

1. Ambiance 3/10 So this place.
Had not a lot of ambience.I would say it's more of a teen place, where you can just hang out but not a typical place to eat there.

2. Decoration 2/10 OK I know that fast food restaurants are not typically Well, decorated but I have seen other fast food that was way much better than this one. This one, I think there's a lack of motivation and creativity. There is, however, a lot of potential.

3. Service 3/10 .Okay, the service wasn't very good. I understand that it's mostly young people and I have no problem. But you have to know your menu or at least be polite. You're working with people. That is the most important thing. Now, if you don't want to work with people. It's okay, too, just fine, another job that is not working with people.

4. Food 3/10 Now here I was disappointed because I was expecting so much about this place. It was my first time the menu looked incredibly good. But when I saw the portion. As you can see, the pictures for the price that you pay. I'm sorry it's not good. II seen fast food restaurants with the same price and give us like triple of the amount of food. No, at least if the quality was okay.I would have said no problem, but as you can see the pictures, they're way too small.

5. Cleanest 5/10 Now, in this section, I'm getting them given half of the credit.Cause I was expecting the worst, but I was surprised that it was not so bad. It could have been better, or it could have been way worse. It was clean enough for people and kids to use them.

Great location and quick easy bite. Family and I just arrived in Miami and for a late lunch, we stopped by Shake Shack. Food came out quick and was fresh. Multiple burgers, fries, and drinks. Everything was exactly as we ordered. I took one star for service as I wanted a drink refill and while standing at the counter, multiple employees walked by the counter and no one bothered to ask what my need might be. I had to stop one to get the refill.

Had trouble finding a place to eat late at night at Brickel that would not cost a fortune so went to Shake Shack. It was pretty filling! I was full after one chicken sandwich — good portion size and fresh. A little overcrowded and annoying ordering food but it’s the experience worth the price. It’s convenient that they serve both meat and chicken.

Best burgers in town, quick to order and very fast service. Great value for the simple burgers as well, in the middle of brickle.

I had the amazing limited time korean Q chicken sandwich! One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve tried out of most fast food restaurants. The pomegranate drink I had was amazing as well, now one of my fav beverages ever. My girlfriend had a bacon burger that she demolished and we both had cheese fries which were just as good. The only downside is it’s in brickell so we couldn’t find a place to park close by.

Food was very good . Came out in a good temperature & good serving size. This is my first time donning in and having Shake Shack , It’s a Yes for me & thank you To Jose F. For the great customer service. He was available at all times. Love that . Thank you guys & gals !
