This restaurant was truly a great place to dine. The staff was friendly and helpful when it came to explaining certain meals on the meau. I love the fact that my salad was prepared right at the table. The restaurant was family friendly, and in the menu, it had information as to how each entree came about and how it was prepared by certain family members of the owner. I really enjoyed the brief history that was incorporated into the menu.
We just had lunch and it was amazing as always especially considering the recent hurricane, Idalia! Many businesses experienced flooding on the circle. The restaurant was clean and ready to go. It was a great dining experience from our waiter Bill to our gift shop hostess, Jill. Bill was amazing sharing the history of our meals. Jill was so lovely, carefully wrapping our pottery purchases for travel. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!
Clearly labeled gluten free options. The fries are even in a dedicated fryer so for someone like myself with celiac that’s a big win! This wrap was so good I confirmed with my server that it was gluten free.
Always lovely! They are renovating at the moment and the dining room is smaller than usual. Was a bit of a wait even though we had a reservation. But the food and service makes up for it and then some! Don't miss the lobster pasta, the sauce is good enough to eat with a spoon. And the flan is a dream.
This restaurant and the specific location are nothing but amazing! The building and different dining rooms are stunning, just like the beautiful Hispanic exterior. We had different main courses along with the 1905 salad. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted very good. Our plates were filled very well and the prices are fair. Our server, Abigail, was doing a fantastic job. She explained a lot about the restaurant, our dining room and knew many interesting stories. Her recommendations were on point and being so passionate about her job made our evening a wonderful experience. The Columbia in Ybor stands out compared to the one in Sarasota, both in terms of location and service. This place is definitely worth a trip. I will definitely return once I am back to Florida! Keep up the good work.
Great restaurant. I was worried after a 30+ minute wait, amazing reputation and long history that the food would be less than desired, but all three of us thought it was very tasty. James offered great service and we'll be back!
The original Columbia restaurant is an Ybor City gem! Always my favorite is the sangria, the 1905 salad and the white chocolate bread pudding! I also had a Cuban sandwich, black beans and rice, and cafe con leche. The service was very good. The atmosphere is amazing with the different rooms and Cuban/Spanish inspired architecture and decorations! I would highly recommend the Columbia- especially this original location!!
The tapas sampler is great! The crab, mussels, and queso fundio were all excellent.

Gorgeous old building with so much history and character. But this is a 5 star review because of the food and the outstanding service. We didn’t have to ask for a thing. Our server was attentive, on top of things and entertaining and knowledgeable about the restaurant and it’s history. This place is a must visit in Tampa!
Great place to get kimbap when I was craving it so. I certainly wasn’t expecting the pajon to be that big, but I had some leftover to take home. I also got a bulgogi kimbap, which I found to be kind of dry and tough. I ordered a tuna kimbap for takeaway and it ended up being much more tasty than the bulgogi one.
My husband and I went here for lunch today and were blown away from start to finish! Our waitress, Sierra, was super friendly and attentive. The food was incredible! Even the bread they brought out before food was spectacular. We ordered the black bean cake tapas, gazpacho soup, and their famous Cuban sandwich. The black bean cakes were wonderful, the gazpacho the best we've ever had, and the Cuban sandwich huge - it also came with plantain chips! We shared a flan for dessert that was so light, creamy, and sweet. We had such a wonderful experience!
I've been there several times, and I'm leaving my review now. Every single time it was a pleasant experience. I love the way they prepare and mix the salad next to us before serving. I can't count how many different plates we ordered as a family but I can assure you it was a lot. If I'm going on vacation to the Sarasota area, I won't think twice going back there. My suggestion is ordering their paella if you like it. It's amazingly tasty!
The topokki and Spicy tofu soup are literally same as the taste that my mom always make for me when I was in Korea!

Been here for brunch on Saturday. There is always waiting here so better to reserve a spot in advance. The menu was limited not that great for brunch. Food was good not bad not great just average. Tried mushroom wrap which was overloaded with only mushrooms and lacking flavor. The chicken sandwich was decent. Definitely better spots around for brunch.
I understand what the hype is about. Great sweating outside, lovely service, and a great breakfast - I had their ciabatta roll with egg and bacon and extra avocado. Portion was big but if this was for lunch it would’ve been perfect. As it was my breakfast it was too big but absolutely delicious.

Absolutely delicious food all around. The scallop tapas was so good I almost cried at the table. Our waiter was fabulous and did not lead us astray once with their recommendations. The paella was perfect and I've never been so sad that I needed a to-go box, I wish I had room to eat it all when it was hot and fresh. Definitely come hungry as every bite is worth it. Us and everyone in line around us had made a reservation, so I would suggest - for dinner especially - you do the same.
Great restaurant. A must do when visiting St Armands Circle. Wonderful clean well laid out floor plan both inside and outside. Service was amazing. Ask for Chris, he is an awesome server. He was kind, patient and explained all options throughly and was very attentive but not too overbearing.
Food is fine. The cold chewy noodles were an excellent texture but there was too much sauce. It looked really really pretty. Kimbap was fine but nothing special. The kimchi tofu stew had all the tofu broken up, possibly because it was boiled too aggressively.
They never filled up our water again but the food came out pretty quickly. Overall decent experience but id look to try the other places next time I want Korean food.

Love this place!! The food is absolutely delicious, it's very comforting and the prices are very reasonable for food prices nowadays especially in boston. They have really big/reasonable portion sizes as well especially for the price. The atmosphere is also very chill, and the green wall is so pretty!! I've come here a bunch of times with my friends and we've always gotten their gimbap and each time it's been consistently super yummy and filling!
I had a delightful experience at this charming Spanish restaurant. The service was exceptional, with knowledgeable staff guiding me through the menu. The open atmosphere, adorned with windows all around, created a spacious and inviting ambiance. And the food? Absolutely phenomenal!
I love Kimbap so much that I can eat it every single day with no other food and forever if possible - somehow I don’t like to make it myself since it’s too much work so this is my to go place for Kimbap. I either get fish cake soup or spicy noodle (Jjolmyun) together. The only thing that saddens me is that sometimes Kimbap is missing radish when it’s the most crucial ingredient, and today it was missing burdock so it tasted blend, but no harm was done and I will always come back
Stopped in for a group dinner and we were not disappointed. The service was great, super friendly staff. I got the stuffed grouper special and it was good, I would definitely order it again. We ordered the key lime pie and the white chocolate bread pudding for dessert. If you like key lime pie you will love it. The bread pudding was great but please note it's a huge serving and can easily be shared.
This is a very nice restaurant. I do not recommend bringing small children. My family of 7 each got something different and everything was SUPERB!! Our waitress was very friendly and helped us decide what to order as this was our first time there. Would definitely go back
I’ve been to this location twice now and you can’t get a better location/atmosphere in my opinion! I love the open air dining! Both times I had their famous 1905 salad however the first time, they forgot the fresh lemon in the salad which I didn’t realize until the end. I was a bit disappointed because I felt like I hadn’t truly experienced the greatness of the salad in all of its glory. So the second time I went, I made sure they added in the lemon and as expected, it was even better!
I will forever be grateful for Columbia Restaurant for allowing me to set up my son surprise proposal to his high school sweet heart. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful the food was amazing.

30 minute wait to get into the bustling cafe. I got the buttermilk chicken sandwich and a capuccino. Sandwich was good but not great. The accompanying sweet potato fries were awesome though.

I go here sometimes with my mom and have never been disappointed.The food is always fresh and the staff is nice.I reccomend the cream of asparagus.
Amazing food, great atmosphere, fun experience, and this is our second time here, so we had to try different entrées, which were also excellent. We brought family with us this time too. We walked around to see some of the dining rooms after finishing our meal and the restaurant decor is so interesting. Every room is completely different!
Decent place for healthy brunch option, but I think it is overpriced. The food was decently good. I recommend their pato punch drink and unfortunately was charged full price for the sweet potato fries which I would definitely recommend to order.
i just photographed a wedding here last weekend and not only are the views absolutely insanely beautiful, but the space is laid out very simply and elegantly. very comfortable size for the wedding i photographed, and the natural light is to die for. hope to return! ig @iamthesam
I absolutely love breakfast and brunch and when I discovered that this restaurant serves breakfast all day I had to come and try it. I ordered an ice coffee with oat milk and the overnight oats with toasted coconut and berry compote. Both was absolutely delicious! I will definitely come back to try other things because I really enjoyed my experience there.
Wow! We dined here for the first time last night and everything was wonderful. The pitcher of mojito was delightful (and tableside made!). Our tapas were delicious, and the 1905 salad (also tableside made) was so refreshing on such an hot day. Our entrees were also fantastic and very flavorful. Our server Steven was great and super attentive. Honestly, from beginning to end the dining experience was perfect. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for Cuban / Spanish fare!
Don’t visit this place and not order their 1905 salad 🥗 ITS A MUST!! Their rice and chicken is my fave, followed by their picadillo. There are other delicious plates these are MY go-to. The pitcher of sangria is always on my list and the outdoor seating for me is a vibe! I’m all about the vibes. Indoor is more boogie, 😂 I like the fresh air and not so stuffy vibe. Check it out!
Excellent dinner dining experience with my family! The restaurant is a magnificent piece of old Latin art, with multiple dining area…each with its own unique ambience. Our waiter (Jim) was extremely knowledgeable about many aspects of the restaurant, from its long history to the food. The menu was creative, but not overwhelming. The food was very well seasoned and served in a very reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend trying this spot!
The food and service was exceptional. The 1905 salad is a must. It is the best salad we ever had. Crab croquettes were full of meat and our meals were outstanding (stuffed shrimp and snapper). Absolutely try the 3 inch tall bread pudding for dessert, even if you are full. The sangria was perfect and strong as was the coffee Melanie. Our server Izzy, was spectacular and made our visit even more special.
This is a family favorite! Liz was amazing and has only been working there for 2 days as a waitress. We LOVED her! The kitchen was awesome and made my yucca fried upon request and it was INCREDIBLE. Ask for it fried its seriously so much better than steamed. My only complaint for my dish was that the rice was a bit overcooked and on the mushy side. My grandmother's dish contained beef with sausage and the sausage did not have the best texture within the beef but on its own it was tasty. Can't wait to dine in again with Liz!

If you're thinking of having your wedding (or any event) at Manhattan Penthouse- do it. From our initial contact, Alisa was so incredible to work with. She's so responsive, transparent, and easy to work with. Not to mention- the room is stunning and the food is incredible (we seriously got so many compliments). Thank you to Alisa and the entire staff at Manhattan Penthouse- our wedding was nothing short of a dream!
Went for the combo de Cuba, the flavor was okay. I took out a star only because the pork was a little too dry for my taste. The white chocolate pudding has to be shared, otherwise you’ find the white chocolate a little too sweet if the pudding saturated your sweet palette. Overall good value if you want a little taste of Cuban cuisine. Their salad I heard is a must have but I didn’t want to lose my appetite for the combo.

Best tapas restaurant in Chicago. The food is simply exquisite. If you are a fan of skirt steak like myself, this is the place to be. The chicken skewers delicious and my wife salad was out of this world. Get out of downtown chicago, it will be worth the trip. Thank you Bulerias for a great evening!!!
Brunch was great! The stuffed French toast was a winner and the chicken salad wrap was amazing also. Needless to say I cleaned my plates. If you sit outdoors during cold weather you’ll be fine, the heaters work wonderfully. A slight draft through the cracks in the deck but your coat over your legs saves the day.
This is a great place to eat. The food is amazing and the service is friendly and helpful. The restaurant has lots of space and spreads customers out. We have always had a great experience.

This is a call out to the owner to remind them of what a beautiful restaurant they have. With a little love, attention and elbow grease, Cheng Du has the potential to, once again, be amazing. The foundation for greatness is there it just needs someone who cares, to bring life back into the establishment. My wife and I stopped at this conveniently located (Rt. 9 West) Chinese restaurant on our way back to Worcester from Boston. The atmosphere was a bit in shambles and the food was ok. The staff was very kind and they did a pretty good job with service.

The lighting, décor and artwork, were all beautiful. I appreciated the dark wood flooring which complemented the brighter and colorful walls. I was also a fan of the authentic Chinese art and sculptures scattered throughout. As I stated previously, the foundation is here. If management put some time into cleaning up the place, I have no doubt they’ll see a major improvement in customer satisfaction and in the business overall.

The variety of options was promising, the presentation was lovely and overall, we enjoyed our food but it was clear that there was no, dare I say the word, passion. The environment overall felt a bit lifeless, and it reflected in the food. If the kitchen can get it together and re-ignite the spark, I really believe that Cheng Du has the cooking expertise to dish out some appealing plates.

My husband and I just had a small amount of food here at Seoul Topokki tonight. Definitely our favorite place, I saw this eatery years ago and hesitated, but glad we were able to finally try out some of the dishes. Awesome restaurant it’s a shame we live far from the city, but when we go to Seoul Topokki the food always come out the same just like the first time we visited 👍🏼👍🏼. The staff and owner is so nice I wish everyone a Happy New Year and Good Health Prosperity. 세해복많이받으세요
Food was really good, I would come back, the picture is the chicken and phoenix, loved the cute mushrooms. Egg drop and wonton soups, plus scorpion for 2.
This event space needs an upgrade of routine attendance/maintenance for the restrooms - definitely the women's lacking hand soap: there is none within the built-in dispensers. This has been the case EVERY time I've attended an event at this venue.

This is a great intimate venue for conferences with amazing food, a great view and location, and abundant natural light. However, it's not without its faults. The trash collection was inadequate. A standard bathroom stall had a bizarre lifted seat and a damaged door without a hook for my suit jacket. See pictures.
We got married here last weekend (April 2023). We worked with Glen through the whole process and it was absolutely wonderful. He helped us plan out the space and made sure everything was perfect the day of. We literally can't imagine our wedding going as well without him!
The venue is beautiful and it was so nice having so much of the planning through them, food, alcohol, ceremony, it truly made the day so much more stress free. And the food was amazing, the staff was all so kind. Honestly I wish I could marry my husband here every weekend!

I cannot recommend 45 Downing if you are hosting an event that requires catering. The space is beautiful and the manager is very accommodating, but many items we agreed upon with the event planner for catering were simply not met. The catering company comes with the venue booking, so you can't book a different caterer (at least during the time of this review). Guests complained about the poor/rude service and the timing was completely off, some items coming out an hour late or not coming out at all... It really sucks when you are paying for each item per person and some items don't even come out. The event planner was not at the venue on the day-of and the captain did not keep track of timing, despite an agreement that they would be on top of things and help direct guests.
I highly discourage you to book the venue with catering. I don't want to hark only on negatives because just the venue itself is very nice to be in, which is why we booked the place to begin with.

I have been attending events at this venue for years. Love the feel, the old New York charm, and nothing beats the views on one side the Empire state building and on the other, you have One World Trade Center. The staff is great, we have been dealing with Glen for years 1st, when he was the Maitre, 'd and now sales manager he makes things so much more personal!!! Can't wait for our next event!!!!
We came here pretty late. The staff was very helpful. We got Kim Chi Pork Rib Hot Pot and the Rapokki. The Rapokki was tasty with the fishcake and rice cake . The sauce was delicious. The hot pot was decent. Overall, it was a bit pricey but worth it
I don’t know whyyy this place is 4.3 star when it definitely should be a 5! Had the best best carne casera and house salad ever!! Sad that I don’t live in Illinois because I would definitely come back. (As you can tell)
Standard fare. Our party got the Chow Foon, Crab Rangoon, and a few other dishes. The food was slightly bland but otherwise pretty solid.
Tip: if you're sitting down and ordering, skip the mocktails, the cup is mostly ice and very little drink (I got the virgin strawberry daiquiri).

We had a great, “dinner tapas,” experience here. We were in the area for other reasons and we stopped there for dinner. It wasn’t busy around 5-6ish, so we got seated right away. My daughter ordered a peach sangria, which was delicious when I tasted it as I went with the classic, Estrellas. We ordered cream of asparagus to start off with, then 5 tapas for our main course, so we could had a bit of every savourer tastes that we could expect from a Española restaurant in The US. Everything was delicious, I must say. We did not ordered the Paella it is usually very filling and because we wanted to ordered a variety of tapas dishes, which we did not regret at all. Service was excellent, ambiance very authentic, we were able to enjoy the, “Flamenco” show and price was reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore another Country’s specialties. I would go back to tastes the others dishes that we didn’t order.

The Alger House is such a cool 'private' venue, in a great part of NYC. I hosted my husband's 40th birthday, working closely with Keiara R to plan the P-A-R-T-Y! She was absolutely amazing to work with. She quickly understood my vision and worked with me to ensure each detail was perfected & brought to life. The party was absolutely spectacular and the memories will be treasured forever. I highly rate and recommend this venue! You won't be disappointed. I promise!

We ordered red sangria, Ensenada Casa-house salad, Albondigas Espanolas-Spanish meatballs in homemade orange honey rib sauce served with saffron rice, Jamon Serrano con Queso-traditional Serrano ham with Manchego cheese and four tomato rubbed crostini, Datiles-four bacon wrapped dates and creme Brule for dessert.
Heavenly. All of it. Salad was fresh, with subtle yet distinctive flavors. Meatballs were a lovely surprise of flavors and bacon wrapped dates were perfection.

Heavenly. All of it. Salad was fresh, with subtle yet distinctive flavors. Meatballs were a lovely surprise of flavors and bacon wrapped dates were perfection.
4-5 entrées were perfect for 2 people.

The decor, the space is very flexible and Monika is wonderful to work with. The organization is very professional and the food is delicious.
We did the private catering. Wish I could post a picture. We brought home a wonderful duck Dim sum and charcutterie board for a celebration for my son passing his nursing exam. There were 5 of us and we ordered a good sampling of many things. The proportions were generous and tasted amazing and they are reasonably pricing for the High quality of the food. The pick up was fast and easy and the staff was simply wonderful. Can’t give it enough stars. They made our event very special. I would have put this on the restaurant side but there wasn’t a way to post it there that I saw.
Place is okay, but elevator are completely small and problematic, if you get stuck in them don't be surprised. Place don't have enough washrooms and they are really tiny.

We visited a few venues, and when we arrived at the Alger House, we just KNEW it was the one. It’s a space with so much character and personality; it is classy and sophisticated, and also quirky, unique and fun. We were on a budget, so we couldn’t spend money on decorations, and we definitely didn’t need it here, as the venue has plenty of decorative elements, from plants to statues, furniture, paintings, etc. We had a fairly small wedding, 66 guests total, as well as a 6 piece band, and the space was just perfect, just enough space for people to move around and dance, but small enough so that it didn’t seem empty.
Monika showed us the venue and she helped us throughout the whole process, right until the wedding day, she was there the whole day & evening coordinating the whole thing. She was friendly, helpful and clear the whole time, she always answered all our questions in a timely manner, and she was very accommodating and flexible – she was happy for us to visit the venue as much as we wanted prior to the wedding and she let us bring and keep our things the day before with no issues. We trusted her and felt very confident and reassured every step of the way. The venue was also pretty afordable, especially when you consider New York City prices, and the fact that it included food and an open bar!

The extra room upstairs was a great place to get ready and spend some time with our bridesmaids & groomsmen, and it’s a great place to take photos, and also just an extra space for guests to go to.

Amazing place for an event with a great upstairs lounge and brilliant up stairs bathroom. Really cool decor that sets a nice mood.
Very disappointment with Cheng Du Restaurant, especially because they did not show ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I Placed an order online for orange chicken, but what I got was "Tender Orange Chicken". I got to the car I decided to check my order and noticed that that chicken was nothing like the one I usually get. So, I went back to the front desk and said that this is not what I ordered. The receptionist said no problem let’s check, she checked and said your order is correct this is "Tender Orange Chicken" and that I wanted the "Crispy Orange Chicken".
Noticing that this had been my mistake I asked if she was willing to replace it for the "Crispy". She responded with "Sir you have to understand that each order is prepared when ordered, but I can give you a discount next time?". Since "Tender Orange Chicken" was my only option and it was my mistake I went back to my car.
In the car I remembered going through the whole menu and not seeing "Crispy Orange Chicken". I decided to double check and it was not part of the online menu (Added Photos). This is where I decided to go to Mandarin in Westborough on the other side of Rt9 and get "Real Chicken Orange" and the food was much better. I wish they would give me a refund as this was NOT MY FAULT and it was 61.36. I won’t return to this restaurant it was my first time and last time, so a discount does no good like receptionist suggested.

Was here for a wedding and reception. It was a beautiful choice for the occasion. The views of the Potomac and the Harbor from the balcony during the cocktail hour were extraordinary! The views from inside were just as grand. Food was delicious and filling. Drinks were amazing. I had a fabulous time! I loved everything about the whole area!
My son and daughter-in-law had thier 30th Anniversary Party here.. The appetizers were fabulous, the entrees delicious, the staff was on top of everything..very alert and aware..the event planner was very amicable and available the evening of the event..
Ours was a gathering of 50ppl with music and everything went off as planned..having been a director of catering myself I know the anxieties of what could go wrong.

Great views and delightful staff. We booked this space for a private event and it was outstanding. We had a delicious meal and lots of good wine. I hope to use this space again in the future.

So today we went again and tried a different plate and again it blew my mind the lounge- live music- the bar- the sushi area- bathroom wow amazing.
Don’t get me wrong maybe I watch to much Asian movies but once you open that red door this place looks like the type of place where the big big boss of an Asian gang would dine and all his employees suit up waiting for the big boss to finish dining lol

I've now had the pleasure of attending two events at this venue (a company anniversary and a different company's holiday party). Beautiful place with great food both times. I'm not sure whether the events were catered by outside or in-house staff but they were both times friendly, efficient and professional. Magnificent view of the city, especially the Empire State Building. The only reason I could not, in good conscience, give them five stars is because of the elevator situation. It is a mixed use building, older, with too few elevators to quickly accommodate the guests headed up at rush hour (which is when both of these events started). Other, slower times, they would probably get a 5.
Nice location to host an event. The service was good as well. I gave only 4 stars though because the bathroom could use some smell attention. The sound system isn't great here but the views are beautiful! The food was really good here as well.

Such a cool and quaint place for an event. It has the cutest little bathroom, with the tiniest sink on the second floor, and an epic bathroom on the third. Check it out
Gorgeous venue, hidden behind a green door. The upstairs solarium is an essential retreat.
