This place was not here!

I truly enjoyed my meal with my family! The server was terrific! His English was great. He took the time to explain each meal on the menu and his suggestions were great.
Will definitely come back and enjoy this amazing experience again soon!

Our first experience in Livorno: rude and unwelcoming staff, the young waiter swore at us because we wanted to just have a drink, after he told us that if we eat we stay, if not then leave in a rude manner. We understand the need for profit in any business, as we are business owners, but we also understand the need to treat customers with respect.

It’s nice a restaurant. Food was ok but we were sat between, someone who looked and acted like a gangster. Highly inappropriate behaviour, like shouting/ grunting very loudly then laughing for attention. He also kept banging his empty wine bottle into the wine cooler as though trying to smash it, although this was also for attention. He was with a lady who I thought he was trying to impress. She was laughing at his behaviour but they were both drunk too. What made it worse is that two senior staff members knew him and sat with him yet when we left early because did him, they denied knowing him
And their understanding of English became virtually non existent suddenly. I expressed how intimidating he was to the concierge who booked out table as I felt that strong about it. I never usually write reviews but that was an awful experience. Even the table next to us rushed to the bar to pay the bill.

We waited very long for our food but everything was really good.
