Los Tres Amigos Canton

We walked in on a busy Saturday night with a party of 11 and were seated immediately and waited on by a very friendly staff. The food was absolutely delicious! Our group was mostly vegetarian and they had an amazing selection of both vegetarian and vegan options! My only disappointment is that we don’t live in Michigan so I won’t be able to visit this amazing restaurant again. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and great service!

Not pleased with my experience here today. I had heard from a few friends that this place was not good. But I happened to be driving by here and needed to eat, so I figured I would stop. I placed an online order, it told me it would take 30 minutes to be ready. It took me about 15 minutes to get to the restaurant from when I placed my online order. I noticed that the parking lot was pretty empty when I got there, so I figured my order would be ready since they weren't busy at all. I walked in to get my order and waited about 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I walked in. When someone finally asked me what I was there for and I told her I had a carryout, she walked in the back, and then came back empty handed. She asked if I placed an online order, and I said yes. Their online order system at the desk had been beeping the entire time I was there. Then she told me that no one claimed my order when I placed it 20 minutes ago, but she just claimed it, and it would be another 20 minutes for it to be done. Already not a good experience and I was already kicking myself for choosing this place. I went back to my car and waited 20 minutes. Came back and got my food. Went to eat, and I can't even begin to describe how disappointed I was. Everything was so incredibly flavorless. Not even salt in any of the food. Barely any chicken in my enchiladas, which was just boiled chicken breast stuffed inside soggy tortillas and topped with what tasted like straight up tomato sauce from a can. The only thing really decent was the salsa. Everything else was just not good at all. Needless to say I will not be back. I prefer to eat legit flavorful Mexican food, not this trash.

This is the second time we have come here after a HS baseball game in town. The food is excellent. My husband ordered enchiladas cochinita and I got the chimichanga. We got the birria soup and the tortilla soup. Both were excellent but I think we both gravitated towards the tortilla soup. Great food. We will be back. FYI - We dug into the food a tiny bit before I took the photos. I was sad they didn’t have fried ice cream. Maybe next time.

I have been all over the Detroit metro area trying birria tacos. Today I found the best I’ve ever had. The search is over and Los Tres Amigos Canton will now be my go to place for Mexican cuisine. Excellent service, excellent food. I had already woofed 2 of them down before I remembered to take a picture😎 the rice, beans, chips, salsa, and guacamole were also very good. Thank you for a great dinning experience.

The food was okay. Service was okay we had to wait or raise our hand to get the attention of the server. The seating is 1 star for booth. Something was off the height of table and booth benches was not right.

I would drive for 1.5 hours for that Birra soup any day of the week. Say I won't!

Huge menu, decent quality tequila and nice staff. Left full and happy. Seats aren't the most comfy, but a very chill atmosphere. I'll be back!!

We have been here so many times. The food is great and tastes authentic. The service might be slow when it’s busy. The new menu has some exciting additions, although they weren’t available at the time. I’ll definitely come back to try them. The portions of food are always generous and the prices are reasonable. The rice is particularly tasty. If you’re looking for good Mexican food, this place is the answer for it all.
