Scott is a fantastic massage therapist. He not only knows anatomy incredibly well, he understand the muscular patterns of the body. So if one muscle is tight, he knows what else will be affected because of it. He has loosened up muscles in me that have been tight for years. I highly recommend his services.

Scott is great. As said elsewhere; it’s not by any means a passive experience with Scott, and you’ll definitely need to be able to “breathe through” the discomfort of having your overworked muscles worked over from time to time. But the rewards are well worth the time and effort. Scott will get you back to peak form, and will help you get over the aches and pains caused by doing what we all moved to Bend to do!

I first received bodywork form Scott over 5 years ago while he was still living in Portland. He was an exceptional massage therapist then, and he is an even better one now. Since moving to Bend 2 years ago, I reconnected with Scott. His intuitive touch, combined with his knowledge of anatomy, and his experience, readily find my trouble spots.
I prefer deep tissue work. Some practitioners just press hard without any finesse, but not Scott. He knows just the right amount of pressure to use to get the muscles to release. A massage with Scott is an interactive rather than a passive experience. I am an active participant as he directs me to provide counter pressure to help get a muscle to release. He attempts to treat the root of my pain, which may be a different location from where I actually hurt. Scott always solicits my feedback to make sure that his treatment is effective. Scott is a caring, compassionate person and I recommend him without reservations!

Bend is a great place for an active life style but to enjoy it you need a healthy body. Scott is my go to therapist to expedite injury recovery, resolve body kinks and provide routine preventative maintenance. He draws on a wide variety of massage techniques and many years of hands on experience to provide a uniquely intuitive massage. He is also well versed in body motion functions and able to tailor a treatment specific to your needs. In addition to being a great massage therapist, Scott is an interesting person. You should contact him soon.

Scott is fantastic and knowledgeable about how the body works and how to free the body of pain. When I first saw him about 2 years ago I had pain in my right shoulder ... through untangling / un-knotting my muscles and ligaments he was able to eliminate the pain. On another visit he was able to eliminate pain and numbness I had developed in my right hand (too much time in front of the computer?). Recently I hand pain in my left tricep (from too much shoveling of snow during a record breaking winter) ... again, Scott was able to eliminate a great deal of the pain. I'll be back to see him in a couple of weeks for more work on the body, and I'm planning to setup a maintenance program with him to keep my body tuned as I am a physically active man. I highly recommend him for any and all ailments you suffer from ... wether it be from an injury, wear & tear on the body and/or recovering from surgery.

Due to injuries I have had chronic back and hip pain for several years. After starting treatment with Scott we have managed to get the pain under control and I am able to enjoy activities and work relatively pain free. Scott is very professional, is intuitive in his treatments and can pin point problem areas with little direction from me. I look forward to my sessions with Scott and can highly recommend him.

Scott is great, and I highly recommend him. I like deep tissue work and a bit of pain, and Scott handles that with ease. My wife prefers a gentler massage, and loved the hot rocks massage she got from Scott. Scott has strong knowledge of human physiology, and that has been really helpful as he helped me work through some sports injuries.
