Buffalo Wild Wings

We had a large group that wanted to eat lunch together. We arrived and explained that we were happy to split up into smaller parties but would like to sit in the same area. The restaurant was basically empty. The staff basically refused to serve our group. They would not seat us in the same area and. We were basically asked to leave. Our entire group left and as we were walking out the staff was extremely rude to us. They were sarcastically saying “bye bye” and mocked our group. We have traveled together for many years and have eaten wan Buffalo Wild Wings many times. This was unlike any experience we have ever had. We definitely will not be back to this location.

Most poorly run restaurant I’ve ever seen. They have no servers or cooks. I took this photo after they said it would be a 35 minute wait to be seated.

No idea how the food is. Walked in at 10:00 pm on a Thursday night and was told they couldn’t serve anyone due to being short staffed. There were 20 or so customers already seated. Pretty sure they just wanted to close two hours early.

Arrive to dine in after daughter graduation on 5/12 every was going ok until I was charged for all flats took over forty minutes to get food. When food was brought by server there was a few flats. I purchased two thirty traditional wings, twenty, and twelve. I had to sit another thirty five minutes for the to only bring me out twenty two wings. Still didn’t complain to what I had and left. Paid $195 that night return the next day 5/13 with more people coming from another graduation. Manager accused us of not pay for our food I show my receipt on my card history that I paid. Manager was still judge me and family of not paid they didn’t even apologize from how they mess up my food day before. I told manager do you think I would’ve came back to be embarrassed. Sever came out confirm it wasn’t my table then she went to back with manager came back and changed her story. Humiliated in the waiting area among others they also was soliciting that for us to give more money that we didn’t have to give. Plus blame another family member that wasn’t even with us the day before such disrespectful people. I will never suggest going to Buffalo Wild Wings in OFallon IL again. I will not recommend it to friends, family, or strangers. Take your money where you will be appreciated and treated with respect. I am a black hard working mother of eight children I have two jobs trying to survive out in this world. All prayer goes out to all the employees on that Business I’m am and outstanding believe what goes around comes back around. GOD up above know our hearts and I pray he has mercy on the managers and the servers. Amen

I placed a pick up order for Superbowl Sunday for pick up at 5. The food was late but I'm not upset. They were super busy and no one was just standing around. The food was piping hot. Didn't even miss the Kick Off.

When we first arrived we’re asked if we’d a like table or booth? I told her booth and she walked us to a table, went on to say she couldn’t do a booth because the booths weren’t cleaned. Those same booths were never touched for the time I was there, also the service was super slow. There was multiple severs playing there phones, one server was even sitting at a table. Is there even a management in this place?? Please don’t send me a link to fill out “orders and visits”, that seems to be your cop out answer according to other reviews. I’m not interested in coming back, you’re on track to end up like the other Buffalo Wild Wings. Good luck

Took my son there for his birthday with a group of 12 people.They were short staffed, but it didn't seem like it from the way we were treated. Our waitress was very nice and I was surprised because when dealing with a bunch of kids who don't know what they want, patience wears thin. But not this time. No complaints from other patrons, food was out in good time, and drinks were refilled throughout the stay. It was an amazing experience. I was pleased to tip her VERY WELL. Thanks BWW.
