Mystic Royal Restaurant

We had a lovely time at Mystic Royal Restaurant. There is outdoor seating and indoor seating. A clean unisex restroom. There’s outside parking, and there’s pavements so that you can walk in too. I liked the personal touch on the artwork on the walls. The food is delicious here. Beautiful Bangladeshi cuisine. I would definitely recommend the Achari Beef, the railway rice dish which had vegetables, chicken and shrimp. We also had the tandoori shrimp. The mango lassi was amazing. You can tell that each dish was made with care, because the food was mouthwatering. If you want genuine ‘Indian’ food - it is worth every penny. The restaurant owner was very attentive and a great hostess. Come and support this local female owned business. I look forward to trying out the Mystic Royal food trucks too. The manager/chef Sheuli told us, the truck is in Groton soon. Can’t wait for our next visit. All the best.

Wonderful find! Small place. The couple who own this are friendly. Sheuli has a drive to prepare delicious well crafted dishes. Not a fast food restaurant... you get a fresh prepared meal full of flavor. She customized a dish for us with extra veggies that was wonderful. She brought out a home made hot sauce that she prepared using 16 types of chilies that she grows in her garden. It packed a delicious punch for me while my wife enjoyed the "standard" heat. We had the shrimp pineapple dish that was savory with a hint of sweet from the pineapple... So much better than than the typical sweet-only that we typically find elsewhere. Only problem is it was so good that I ate too much!

Everything about this place is amazing, firstly ofc the food is amazing!! 2nd the decor is cute! And the family is super sweet ! If I could I would give 100 stars (and I live an hour away)

The food is outstanding. We had the chicken tikki masala and the wedding chicken and they were both excellent. The bread was excellent too. Prices are cheap for how good the food is. Just an all around great restaurant

We had shrimp fried rice and cauliflower tikla marsala. Really good. The chef cooks to order so the food is fresh, the carrots still with a little crunch, the vegetables all still tasty, the rice cooked perfectly, nothing soggy from being reheated. This place is really a treat, be careful not to get them mixed up with the place next door.

This was a total disappointment. Their portions are ridiculously low - see picture. One piece of chicken for $18 with taxes. Total disappointment.After eating here, I tried Mirch Masala and realized the huge difference in experience and food.

We went for dinner. The appetizers that we ordered were amazing, and the main course... speechless. Test, freshness, and quantity everything was outstanding. Mainly the Beef was finger-licking awesome. Also a good variety on their menu. They have good outdoor seating too.
