Greens are in horrible shape and golf cart GPS doesn't let you close enough to greens. Not a great place for golfers with leg handicaps or COPD
Worst golf course I've ever tried to play. The greens are brown, very rough and the roll out is not consistent. The Fairways are just as bad no grass. This is the worst maintained course. Will not play here again. There too many other course, better condition for the same or less $$$ per round. The city if Sebastian should be ashamed of this POS dump.
Update 5-31-64. Friends talked me into playing here today. What a change. The course has vastly improved. Rumor has it that the previous superintendent was canned due to numerous complaints and declining play. Who ever is in charge has turned it around. Enjoyed playing there today.

Greens weren’t very good. Front side was fair but the back side I enjoyed with my son. Must more challenging on the back. The greens need improvement
The people here are very friendly! And the course condition is okay... except for the greens right now.... they should be called "browns" out at this course. They currently do not roll true at all.
They are usually fairly fast greens from past rounds I've played here, but right now they are are WAY TOO FAST! It wasn't until hole 16 where the greens were actually in the typical condition I've seen them in and started rolling true and weren't insanely fast. Im going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that it's likely the weather we have had over the last month that probably caused the greens to end up like they are.
All that being said, its not a bad course.... but I'll definitely be skipping this course for a while, until they can get those greens sorted out. What should have likely been an 18 hole round in the high 70's to low 80's turned into a 90 because of all the 3-4 putts I had on almost every single hole. Theres nothing like making green in regulation 85% of the time only to finish the holes with a double or triple bogey, when at most they should have been mostly just bogeys.

Way to crowded. Price a little high for course quality. Needs a mashall. 5 hour rounds. Greens fast but do not roll true due to spike marks everywhere.
Decent course in decent shape. Tee boxes and Fairways 8/10, greens were sanded but still rolled OK so giving 7/10, bunkers need a lot of help 4/10.
