I’ve been using Choose Fit Nutrition for the last 8 months. My experience has been great! We get 10 meals delivered every week. There is a lot of variety and I love knowing the meals are homemade and healthy. Would recommend 10/10!!

I was looking for a healthy lifestyle and having those meals were just right for my nutrition and healthy routine. The food was so yummy and the variety of food was great. Definitely recommended!

I have been a customer of this place for over 2 yrs, their meals are good . Just few comments:

1. Please watch the salt (sometimes the food is very salty)
2. I love fish but I think this place can do better with the recipe for fish . Salmon would be my favorite choice.
3. The shredded meat with raisin was my favorite, haven’t been available lately.

Very good quality. Deep flavors. You can pick if you go there. For the delivery the menu changes and it’s all generally very good. Hard to get bored. Very consistent. They will work with dietary needs but if you feel the need to pick out each meal, then stop by at their store front and skip the delivery service

The food is always fresh and delicious. The sauces for the meats make all the meals unique and the menu changes constantly. They have all the calories and protein clearly labeled, making it easier to track what you are eating. This is the best meal prep I have tried so far!
