Booked through agoda on Christmas. Got booking confirmation. But on reaching here, property was not open. Agoda didn't provide any contact. Got the contact by asking around the property. They said they aren't taking any bookings for some time. And they can't help.
Talked with Agoda service, they had no damn idea about anything. Irresponsible people it seems.
After long struggle over the email, finaly they agreed to pay me back after 3 weeks.

Very bad experience travelled 550 km even after having booking confirmation on email the hotel people ended up saying they have not received any booking waited for almost 3 hours still dint get reply from property owner nor oyo nor agoda very disappointed biggest scam it is
