Raffles Istanbul

I have been to many hotels in many counties and cities but Raffles was hands down the best hotel we have ever been to. The service is world class and beyond superior, the cleanliness is unmatched , the staff is extraordinary. The level of detail, care and attention is something I have never see before. Going forward, Raffles will be the first hotel we look into before booking any other hotel.

I wish there isore stars to give deserve more more, it's the right place for people who love make shopping also at the most luxurious mall in Istanbul.

We really enjoyed our lunch in Isokyo, the food was really good and tasty. Yunus Emre was very friendly and cheerful thank you so much. Keep it up

All I can say is amazing. I’ve stayed at nice hotels and this one is the nicest s by far. Everything from the rooms to the service to the rooms is incredible. Only downside is the location isn’t accessible so you have to taxi everywhere but if you’re looking for a place to relax after exploring the city this place can’t be beat

The service is great, the location is excellent, and the staff is helpful, I have two comments
1- hotel took a reservation amount on the room, and this limits my shopping in Istanbul, in addition to the long waiting period for the amount that I have not received yet
2- I simply cannot book the room from the Booking app!

Firstly, I owe the Raffles Istanbul an apology, I’ve rated other hotels 5 stars in the past, I humbly admit I was wrong. Google needs a higher scale to adequately express how incredible this place is. The Raffles has instantly bumped all the other hotels down a notch. When we first walked in, I thought oh no, what have I done. This is way too nice for us. However, once we got past the glitz and glamour, you discover that every single person on the staff genuinely cares that you’re a guest. For us, the greatest resource we’re the concierge. They really did an amazing job steering us around Istanbul. Between the sights, restaurants and transportation suggestions, they made our stay awesome. We spent 6 nights here and loved it. We did have an ongoing joke about the mysterious housekeeping staff, never saw them once, yet the room was always pristine.

Best hotel experience we've ever had. The room was beautiful, spacious, great view, and cleaned twice daily. We also received surprise treats throughout our stay there. Service was impeccable, especially the concierge team (Mete, Deniz, another young lady I forget her name unfortunately). The lobby features piano music in the late afternoon. We absolutely loved our stay at the Raffles and would highly recommend this hotel!!!
