Summerhays Grill

Spacious bar atmosphere with a pretty diverse food menu. The food was all good!

I recently visited this Summerhays location, and unfortunately our experience was far from pleasant. Our waitress was extremely inattentive throughout our visit. Although we were seated quickly, we had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes for our drinks, and another long wait to order our food.

It was clear that she prioritized other customers, likely regulars, over us. Some of these customers even came in after us, yet received much more attention. We could see her spending lots of time chatting with them and even sitting down at their tables while we were left waiting. Meanwhile, other staff members seemed busy and attentive to customers on the other side of the restaurant, but our waitress was not concerned about us whatsoever. The restaurant wasn't busy, so the lack of attention and slow service was particularly frustrating.

Being from out of town, we chose this restaurant hoping for a unique dining experience, but it turned out to be a poor decision due to the poor service we received. Additionally, the bathrooms were not in the greatest condition, which added to our disappointment.

On a positive note, the food was excellent, and we really enjoyed the dishes we ordered. However, the poor customer service and the condition of the bathrooms overshadowed the quality of the food.

I hope the management addresses these issues, as it significantly impacted our dining experience.

Went with a group of 12 for breakfast had a great time. Food was served quickly, fresh and hot. I had the Super Man and my wife had the Hungry Mama. Both were big breakfasts (whole day meal) and delicious. Restaurant was packed which made it a bit noisy. All in all a great experience. Being busy made parking a bit tight but a great breakfast with friends was worth it.

We go almost every week for their wings or breakfast promo. Burgers are fine, drinks are fine, vibes are fine, space is dated, and overall all fine. But deals, wings, and brekky are really good.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at my new favorite restaurant. Everything from the service to the food was simply amazing. Our waitress was absolutely outstanding.

There was ample parking available. The restaurant was quite busy, but it was managed so efficiently that it did not feel crowded at all.

Really enjoyed the wings here! It was just what we were looking for! Classic wing flavours done well. Great portion size, good value. Fun atmosphere with sports on many screens and the service was friendly despite being very busy.

They were advertising half price wings on Wednesday and Thursday so check for that! :)

Dropped in for early breakfast. Great service, reasonable prices, ordered Summerhays (2) breakfast, adequate portions, well presented, eggs cooked as ordered, good coffee with refills by attentive server. Thanks
