I’ve been to Santorini 5 times and also just stayed at Santo Pure. Kirini beats it for service, better food, better views and nicer rooms. Downside is it’s a little further from Oia town centre but positive is a better view than many in town which are not facing the sunset view but more southerly or even easterly. The best views in all of Santorini are in Imerovigli in my view but there aren’t many nice hotels there…

Absolutely a gorgeous resort. We had a very special time here. We loved the room, location, and we used the spa twice. ❤️ I would come back in a heartbeat.

The hotel is an amazing location just outside the bustle the village of Oia with an amazing view of the Caldera. The staff from the really make you feel special; always checking to making sure you have everything you need and are comfortable. I really appreciate that the staff always asked about you and remembered small details about things you liked. The rooms are well maintained and very spacious considering how much space there is in Oia. The pool is beautiful and just a great place to relax.

We booked the wet junior suite for our honeymoon and we were really looking forward to it, but the hotel did not quite meet expectations. the best part of the hotel is the staff. The staff are incredibly courteous, friendly, and accommodating - no problems there. The room also had a patio with incredible views! However, the jetted "hot tub" in the junior suite could only be heated to about 70 degrees Fahrenheit. By American standards....this just isn't a hot tub and a little bit of false advertising on their part. We would have probably booked the nicer suite with a pool and a cabana lounger had we known the hot tub wasn't a hot tub. Furthermore, there was just a myriad of quality issues with our room. First, the safe broke and we had to walk around with a key to it. Second, the lock to the front door of our room came clear off when we tried to unlock it and we were locked in our room for a few minutes before a maintenance guy could come and get us out. Third, our room phone didn't work and had to be repaired when we first arrived. Finally, we booked a massage that had to then be rescheduled when they accidentally double booked us (get the massage if you go, they are amazing)

In my opinion, these things just can't be happening at a hotel to be considered a five star hotel. If I were going to Santorini again, I'd probably look at a different hotel.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at for one of the most beautiful destinations I've traveled to.

We forgot to arrange a port transfer, but the hotel was able to arrange one on the spot. Though we were anxious while waiting at the Fira port, we were soon picked up by a Range Rover. We had 2 rooms, and although we didn't book through any credit card hotel program, 1 of our rooms was upgraded. The rooms were stunning -- just like the cave rooms I've seen on Instagram all these years. There were beautiful arches carved into the room and each room had a flower-adorned patio with comfortable seating outside.

The hotel is well located, away from the most busy, crowded part of Oia but still very close to the village. The view of the Caldera and Aegean sea from our rooms were to die for. The breakfast was served a la carte and each dish was deliciois, especially the caramelized french toast with coffee cream! After our stay ended, we were moving to another Katikies in Fira, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary transfer to the next hotel since they're under the same brand.

Highly, highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Oia!

First of all, hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. From the staff, to the views and the rooms. Everything was perfect during our stay. Can’t wait to go back!

You won’t ever get fed up of this view. How stunning. It’s amazing to know that rooms could be built into the side of a cliff. Now be warned that you must not suffer from vertigo and be prepared for lots of steps. Make sure you dine at Therasia and there’s a mini lift taking you there. But no lifts anywhere else. We’re now off to the sister property, the Garden in Fira, and looking forward to another amazing stay.
