The Blake Apartments

If I could give a zero! paid the fees $284.00, wasn't told I had to make over $3000 to live here. I'm on housing, and she said they accepted my voucher. If I made that kind of money I would not be able to get a housing voucher. Had I known this I would have NEVER wasted my money. No way of working with me, like a cosigner, nothing!

Very elegant and roomy apartments. It is the only one I have seen an actual laundry room within the apartment and not a closet. Pricing is great for what you get, I just couldn't afford it comfortably on my own.

I move because I took a job in another state. My apartment was my home. I cried when I moved. I was there for 4 years. The apartment itself was a fit. From the stone tile, spacious 2 bedroom and bath. I enjoyed the details , the design, and space. The staff was always accommodating, looking after my apartment when I was out of town. The maintenance service was excellent. Thank you Caleb for all your help. I am saddened and will miss D202.

My daughter lived there. Very nice apartments with updated appliances and nice features. Seems clean and quiet. Edited and dropped a star though as the rent went up substantially. By enough that my daughter didn't renew her lease and was able to find a two bd with a garage for less than her one bd here was.

The Blake is an amazing property! I had a wonderful experience with Toby helping me as I was searching for my new home! I ended up leasing at another property, but if they had a ground floor at the time that I was moving, I would have moved here no doubt! I recommend this place to everyone and when I decide to move again, I’ll definitely be coming back here first!

I love living here, it’s a beautiful space. Very lowkey and peaceful, the apartments feel very homey and I loved how easy it was to move in. office staff was so nice during the process and really made us feel welcome. I would recommend living here to anyone. The ONLY downside I’ve experienced is sound proofing. I can hear the downstairs neighbors a lot and they yell constantly. it can be quite annoying to listen to, but it is not the Blake’s fault the neighbors are unhinged. overall extremely happy to be a resident here !

The Blake Apartments definitely has plenty to offer at a very affordable price. What I really appreciate is the positive, welcoming, professional attitude both Enna and Victoria the two ladies that manage the Blake always have. They have treated me so well, always are willing to help, and somehow make u feel like their happy to see you when u want something. Both their smiles and hospitality give the office such a great atmosphere, and a big reason why I enjoy living here.
