For The Win

Went to the location in Grand Central Market. I’ve wanted to go to FTW for a while and didn’t realize it was even here! I got the single smash with bacon added and it was paper thin with a skirt. It was crispy and juicy and the sauce had a tang not like a thousand island based one a lot of others use. Was so worth it!! Should have gotten a second.

Got a double added bacon with fries and water. Just wow that first bite! Eaten many so called ‘best’ smash burgers, but this one is the best! Juicy yet crisp sides, pickles and the bun just combines into a satisfying yum!

Pretty good burger. The quality of meat was good. Felt the size for a double cheeseburger was lacking. The fries were fresh and the brussel sprouts were good. Seemed a little disorganized at the counter and throughout the cooking area however. Understand it being busy, but could probably make better use of the space in terms of efficiency. Customers stood around looking confused about where to go to order and pick up food. Wouldn't hesitate trying again though.

30 min wait or so Easter Sunday but the burger was well worth it. I had a double bacon cheeseburger and fries. Crispy and flavored well. The bread is good and the fries compliment the burger. Definitely will spin the block.

Honestly my burger was dry as heck. If there was any sauce or grilled onions, I definitely couldn’t taste it or tell. Huge bummer because my husband got a burger here a while ago that was phenomenal. I had high expectations coming in, but was thoroughly disappointed. The staff were nice though!
