Le Spa Royal Mansour

I prefer to visit this hotel in Marrakesh because of its appearance, which has a distinctly Moroccan character, and it also provides a good location with great security.

Fantastic spa in the heart of the city nestled in a really luxurious hotel.

Service was five star from the moment till we arrived till they sent us off in a cab.

Come early and experience the gardens first for they are great to behold.

Futuristic ambience is quite unique to experience.

Overall a great time and would come again.

First of the all I’d like to say the building and the interior of this spa is incredible, it’s amazing and very beautiful. However the services were not to match it sadly. The staff seem quite unprofessional, not qualified hardly can speak English also the booking system is very poor , you can’t book over the phone ? The hamam it’s self was very good , one of the best ones I have had, however the massage was a real let down, the masseuse seems like she didn’t know what she was doing ? She seems
Quite inexperienced I asked for deep tissue and this is not what I got! Great atmosphere but terrible service provided . Not what I expect for the amount of money I paid unfortunately.

The staff almost didn’t spoke english. Very rough treatment without any intros or advises on the treatment steps. For that high price too less.
