Excellent environment; green and liberal in space. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is great with incredible wide variety of local and international selections.
Moroccan tea boy , Amine I believe is his name at the entrance is an excellent promoter of the local culture

Such an amazing hotel, really recommend it. The breakfast buffet was the highlight of our stay ,the staff is 10/10, they are very helpful and welcoming. Would like to give a special thanks to Adel and Nizar for their incredible service.

Stayed here 5 years ago- it was absolutely great and awesome rooms.

Planning on coming back in October- only problem last time the front desk worker was very unhelpful- if if I go again, I'm hoping it's better service.

Otherwise love this place. The bar staff were incredible

Very disappointing experience. 18 night stay. Requested quiet room. Night 1 room 1 toilet not flushing and extreme noise from public park disco. Night 2 room 2 again noise from public park disco. No sleep. Then shown 3 rooms by guest service manager each disappointing. Finally room 4 granted assuring quiet but smoke from restaurant and band less than 5 meters from window of room. Thanks to staff and certainly not management we received a very nice quiet room. 4 room changes in 3 days so frustrating. Staff incredibly polite and helpful especially Said.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. 3 great swimming pools. Lots of families with kids but not too hectic. Food was also good.
Had a wonderful pedicure at the spa with Najia! She's great. Must visit...

Fabulous hotel with great staff. Beautiful rooms and attention to detail. Delicious food options, especially the breakfast buffet. The spa is a-mazing as well. My only qualm: the no-children policy wasn’t really enforced at the ‘calm pool’ by the spa, which took away from the relaxing element of that area.

There isn't a single negative comment to pass on this beautiful hotel. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. It is the staff that make your stay so welcoming. The hotel itself is just an oasis of zen tranquility. The food is amazing. The rooms are tastefully decorated. There aren't enough stars to give this hotel. If you have the opportunity to stay there.....grab it!!!!
