They thricked us. We paid 98$ for Neighbourhood tour and they didn’t show up. We was waiting one hour and more. Don’t go over him, they cheat.

The journey was supposed to start Friday at 11:00pm. We didnt leave the city till almost midnight..( you would think I would understand that this was a sign from my Lord telling me to run). When the bus finally came, no organization whatsoever, everyone was pushing and shoving to enter the bus. Finally got to my seat and we were on our way, the bus broke down three times, when we finally got to Niagara Falls..wasn't bad at all, the day was over and time to return back into the city...the bus is nowhere to be found. Time goes by, rain is pouring, I am now officially freezing, the bus finally arrives, on our way back into the city the bus breaks down again, we are dropped off at some mall by the roadside and then another bus is sent to pick us up after like 3 to 4 hours of waiting.. we finally get on that bus, and guess what... the 2nd bus breaks down. So we're stranded in the middle of nowhere waiting for another bus from another company. The tour guide promises us that we will get a full refund, I guess that was just to shut us up. We were supposed to be back in the city at about 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, we didn't get back till almost 6:00 a.m. Sunday morning. I would not wish this experience on my enemy. It was the worst trip imaginable. When I got back into the city, I had to have a hot bath. My back was killing me, and i got sick. This happened over a month ago, and still, I don't see a full refund. Please don't waste your time, book another because people that left the city after me, got back to their warm beds while I was still stranded in the middle of nowhere waiting to be rescued by ANOTHER COMPANY. Did I mention I still still haven't received my refund as promised....

These people are cheat, only want your money. They don’t provide good service for your money. They take safety as a joke. The bus we travelled in was not in a drivable condition and stopped by inspection company. They made us wait for 7 hours at a stupid place in cold and promised to compensate. They did not do that either. CHEATERS!!!! SCAMMERS!!!! Don’t do business with them. You never know if your bus is good or not. And you end up losing your and your loved ones life for their greed of money.

very bad experience and especially on my birthday, with them for the tour to the falls they left us 7 hours waiting because the bus where we came did not have the inspections up to date and they had to change a piece and after that they leave us in a place to eat very bad and expensive nothing that they offered was complete and we need compensation for all the people who went to us for the damage caused and for the loss of time

We took 1 day tour with them. These people don’t check their bus quality and safety before boarding people. We got stuck at Niagara Falls as inspection failed and these people made us wait for 7 hours in a mall without food. They were unresponsive and if we get answers from them, they were rude. No compensation made for the time and money wasted. I strongly suggest not to use their service.

Niagara's Fall tour was amazing, a dream come true for my mom, good tour guide and drivers!

Excellent organization, good spots to eat and buy souvenirs, a lot information about the area around, I recommend the company and in future I will back a do others with you guys!

If I could post with no stars at all I would do it... the worst travel/touristic service I ever had... I booked a trip to Niagara Falls from NYC with them via the GetYourGuide app and they canceled the trip WITHOUT EVEN NOTICING ME!!!...I was waiting for them at Hotel Pennsylvania for pick-up...it never happened...waste of time
