Azam Hassan is a great affordable place in the twin cities. I always buy fabric for myself as well as for giving as gifts. The variety is exte size for men, women, plus household stuff and clothes accessories. Some low price stiched clothes plus low cost stitching is also available

They have a variety of clothing items including Quilts cover, quilts, pillow covers, pillows, cushion covers, Men unstitched clothing, All varieties of Women Clothing, Shawls, Scarfs, Laces, Clothing Ribbon, etcetera.. They have a variety to choose from but one thing I like to mention is that customers must be careful and vigilant enough to cross check the cloth/item they buy as sometimes their clothing items have defects like a torn portion in cloths, small holes in cloth, so it is always a good idea to check the bought cloth and other suiting items yourself before paying cash. Overall it is an old and trusted clothing brand in Islamabad. They have good variety.

It's a convenient location for me but this mega cloth store starts in a basement and then you can use an elevator to access other floors. I must add here that it's highly inaccessible for senior citizens and other people who find it hard to scale their stairs.
They don't accept card payments anymore which is such a pity.
