Easy check-in, pretty, well-equipped room, clean. Would recommend staying here to my friends. Good value for money.
Beautiful room with the perfect location! This accommodation is walking distance to everything you need, although parking nearby is difficult.
In our room, we had a bathtub in the centre of the room - and I don't usually make time day to day for baths so thought I'd take the opportunity. Be warned that it takes so long to fill even just 1/3 that it's not worth it.
However everything else about the room was just perfect. Air con, spacious, comfortable bed, blackout windows, quiet, with storage space and all you'd need such as coffee, hair dryer and a nice bathroom.
Our host was welcoming and let us check-in early. There's also a shared kitchen space should you want to prep food.

Great location and quieter area of the old town. Good value price and had everything we needed including the air con when got weather. Electric shutters and heavy lined curtains making the room dark even when middle of the day if wanting a break.
Had coffee maker, kettle, urning board and iron, safe, fridge, blanket if you wanted it, duvet which is nice with air con on, we were happy with it
Service / check in was fine - just let us in and gave us the keys (limited English but all info needed in app and ‘rental guide’)
Large lump under flooring in room 3 near entrance to bathroom and this room being nearer to front door meant we did hear other guests walking past at night or early in the morning which was a little disturbing, but otherwise very quiet

Great accommodation for the price. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Bathroom is lovely. Air conditioning is lush.
Only slight downside is the corridor can be a little loud when people are passing through it.

The room was fantastic. Looked very recently redone and was very thoughtfully done. In the center so easy walk to all the attractions in the center including tons of restaurants, cafes, stores, markets, as well as Sv. Donat church, bell tower offering fantastic views of the city, the sea, and Ugljan island, etc
Few minor nitpicks - water pressure could have been better, and it would be nice if parking was provided with the accommodation. But that's just the reality in an ancient city built long long before any thoughts of cars. We found street parking nearby, and paid with an app (paydo). Even with the nitpicks definitely a 5 star place.

Me and my husband stayed in for 3 nights. Very close to loads of restaurants and bars in the area. Street parking available. Rooms are nice and clean. Very simple and basic. If you are looking to spend most of your time outdoors it's a perfect place for it.
We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it! Best room we’ve had in Croatia so far. The hostess is very nice and helped us with parking, getting settled, and gave us recommendations for things to do around Zadar. Be sure to get her help with parking, as spaces can be extremely limited. Our only complaint is the hot water isn’t infinite, so take hot showers early. But we really enjoyed our time here and this is a great place for the price.
Excellent location, all major attractions in Zadar are within walking distance. Room is well designed and furnished. The hostess, Inga, was very friendly and helpful in recommending what to do and it in Zadar. An enjoyable stay!
