Shopping at Sandro is always such a pleasurable experience and I truly believe that is due to Wazhma. She is always so welcoming, patient and insightful! She is beyond helpful and attentive to my stylistic interests and always ensures that my shopping experience is fun and successful!

This place is very nice. Also I am usually shy to get help when shopping but Wazhma really made it a memorable day for me
my mom and sister. So much so I really want to come back and stay in touch and bring my friends! What a warm spirit! I also struggle with pairing things together well and she’s really got an eye for helping you pick the perfect outfit :)

Sandro is one of my favourite outlets to visit, especially because of the customer service! Wazhma was so kind and attentive and helped my sister find and style a perfect ensemble for her bridal shower, which we still fawn over till date. If your looking for something special or need help figuring out your style, make sure you ask for her! She is patient, understanding and is guaranteed find you something absolutely perfect while making your experience great!

Worst customer service I have ever seen! The sales person, she was wearing a hat or a scarf, was on a phone call using her personal cellphone, she was not paying attention to the customers in the store! This is not acceptable, I will never come back.

One of my favorite stores at this mall. Love Sandro style and fit. More importantly I love the customer service there. I deal mostly with Dylan and he's great! He's honest, sweet and just really cares about you as a client. One thing I dislike in sales people is when they are pushy and that's why I love dealing with Dylan, he's just so natural. Thank you for you help and continuous support Dylan!

A shout out to Dylan!, I was able to find what I needed for event I had. He was able to find exactly what I had in mind. he is a very honest and caring staff member that goes over and beyond for his customers! I will be returning soon, as I have a few more events and they have an amazing selection to choose from !!
