Great customer service and attention to detail. Always took the time to explain the bespoke process and intricacies of fabrics. Very professional and accommodating to their clients needs. Highly recommend.
Greeted with cold, condescending behaviour. This is not why someone comes to a tailor, it’s supposed to be approachable you’re dealing with a tailor one on one.
From a basic question on wool, from a customer’s perspective, the man starts quizzing me on what’s the difference.
Buddy, if there are others in the industry that are offering different materials that you don’t have, doesn’t mean you have to get so offended and be so narrow minded.
Went a street back to Suitsupply and bought two suits instead, because they HAD basic courtesy. Sit in the back cutting fabric next time buddy, don’t deal with customers.

Very bad experience. Customer service was bad. tailored product was terribly bad. Prices were extremely exaggerated
I ordered three tailored shirts, it took them more than 3 months to deliver the first shirt and the quality of the shirt was incredibly low.
The collar cracked immediately after the first try.

It doesn't make sense to iron a collar when you first try a shirt. it is terrible quality and unprofessional customer service.

I love beautifully tailored shirts which, for women, aren't easy to find. I searched for a tailor who would make shirts for women and Arthur rose to the challenge. They were amazing to work with. Such professionalism, patience, and attention to detail are hard to come by. David was so helpful in making recommendations and suggestions and the end product is beautiful. Thank you to all of you! I'm so glad I found you.
I was shopping for a 3-piece suit for my wedding. The experience at Arthur was simply amazing. This was my first bespoke experience, but John and David provided a lot of ideas and professional insights. They will make sure that the suit belongs to you and also represent you. It was also a learning opportunity about the techniques and the industry. I would definitely recommend Arthur to anyone who is looking for a piece of premium customized suit.

John, David and Arthur are the friendliest professionals I've ever met. They actually care and remember who you are even if you don't visit them for a long period of time so don't be intimidated by their very classy looking store because the moment you walk through the front door, you are treated like a king even if you're just a normal guy with a normal job. Also being the fashion ignorant that I am they gladly helped me through the process of making my first bespoke suit from choice of patterns, materials, buttons, shirts to body fit and overall look. I can tell you right now that every time I wear my suits and shirts, I get compliments. It was a long process (only for the first time) but they made it enjoyable and at the end worth it.
On top of that, when you have a problem, they will fix it. I had some issues with my shoes and they made sure the problem would be resolved.
Anyway, to keep this short as possible, Arthur is a worldwide top quality tailor whether you're looking for bespoke, made to measure or shirts, they will fit your needs.

This was my third experience with tailor made shirts and suits, and I can easily say that the one at Arthur's easily stands out. Family owned, the service is impeccable. The product is second to none. They take the time to make sure the fit is excellent. They take the time to make sure that you feel amazing in what you are choosing. They have a wide variety of beautifully crafted shirts, suits, blazers, etc...I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants quality merchandize with multi-generationnally customer care that goes with it. Thank you again to Arthur and his two sons for taking the time with me. I'll be seeing you again soon enough.
