THEY MUST BE FIRED!!!

From New York JFK to Vienna Austrian Airlines and then connecting fly to Tbilisi.
I have a Travel Document with Green Card. They asked a visa! Before my flight of course, I confirmed with Washington and New York Embassy that NO VISA NEEDED! These two people canceled my flight and didn’t call the supervisor. Even the first picture person told me that it’s his first time doing this! They didn’t want to help me at all (which is they don’t know their job!) and didn’t call the supervisor.
I also asked the Austrian Airlines Vienna and they also confirmed with Georgian Airways that NO VISA NEEDED. Yes, I’m screaming: “NO VISA NEEDED!”
These two UNEDUCATED, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, DON’T KNOW THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITY people needs to be EDUCATED and be PROFESSIONAL!They HARASSED, DISCRIMINATED ME!

I’ve talked to my Lawyer and will take the further steps by LAW!!!

I had a very positive experience (I needed to renew my Georgian passport). It started in a strange way - the building doorman kept saying that nobody is there yet, even though it was my appointment time, and he wouldn't let me inside. Once this problem was fixed, I was greeted by a beautiful Georgian lady named Eteri; she accepted my application documents, guided me through the necessary steps, and completed the process in no time (and answered all my questions in a kind and professional manner). Thank you very much, kalbatono Eteri! It was a pleasure working with you!

Rude, unprofessional staff. They misled me twice on the same day. Their inaccurate information costed me quite a lot of stress, anxiety, and money to say the least. It’s a shame that this is a representation of Georgia in the US.
Where do I begin? This place is a HOT MESS. Staff there is rude and unprofessional. Lady at the front desk (I believe her name is EKA) has no clue what she's talking about and has an attitude. It is very sad that this place represents our country in NY. Staff there used to be a lot more professional and knowledgeable few years ago. Someone needs to look into this.
