Masami Fusion Cuisine

Amazing flavors in a beautiful setting. We were so pleased with all our items. There are some vegetarian options, some dim sum and sushi.

Food was overall decent, but did not warrant the price, especially considering the miniscule servings. Bad acoustics making the otherwise very appealing atmosphere not very pleasant.

A place with desires to be upscale fine dining but sadly missing the mark.

We are always looking for reasons to have dinner here. Food looks and tastes amazing! The chocolate dessert is so good we usually plan backwards to make sure we have room left for it

Sushi rolls were creative and tasted fantastic! For dessert we got the chocolate dome. It’s a fun concept but was difficult to break the dome, and the desserts inside were nothing worth mentioning. It’s also VERY pricey for the portions served, in my opinion.

We had a delicious supper at Masami, I thought it might be too much style over substance but the food was excellent. My Dad’s partner just asked for a selection of sushi and dim sum dishes to share, making sure there were some vegetable based dishes and lots of seafood; everything was fabulous. I lost count but I’m sure there were over 12 plates of beautifully presented food.
The chocolate brownie was good, the only thing that let it down were the bits of sponge cake, they weren’t great.
It has to be five stars for the food and service, four for the pudding although the presentation was definitely five.

Amazing food combinations you rarely see with just extraordinary taste.
Service is top notch and drink selection very good.
A little of the beaten track - if you’re just passing through Amsterdam - but a must try …“rain of shine”
