I miss Jenny who is a nice lady. The one who replaced her Lina made us wait. She was cutting a guy’s hair and when we came in, she asked us to wait until she finishes the guy. We waited until a new guy came. She said that he has also an appointment before us. That was only 15 minutes before our appointed time. That is not how to treat an old customer. Good thing I found one shop after I left. I will never go back there again!!

This is the best place, best haircut, best price - I've been coming here since I came back to Ottawa, I would cut my own hair before I went anywhere else !!

The price is high for a haircut that wasn't even done properly!!! It was bad. It felt like the staff was cutting my hair just for the sake of cutting it. No customer service. No politeness. Didnt even check the right hairline. Or wet my wavy hair to make sure the cut is even, whatsoever. Bad place to get your hair done.

Affordable price and always great service at this hair salon. I have been visiting there since 2011. It is better to book appointment for haircut.
