I have tried to go to this place on 3 separate occasions & have never actually gotten to eat or sit down. This last time on a Thursday, I walked in @ 7:16 for dining service & was notified they were closing @ 7:45, so they couldn't serve me. Similar situation to the other 2 times?!? Very Odd.
I try to honest & concise with my reviews, but it is very difficult when you never get to actually taste the food. Third time was not the charm.

Did some take out for sushi and it was delicious! Highly recommend Sawara Castle Rock if you’re looking for sushi. Everything was incredibly flavorful and loved they have authentic Japanese wasabi. Give them a try - you won’t regret it!
We're new to the area and on the hunt for great sushi. We definitely found it with Sawara! The sushi is fresh, they have great options and even a dedicated gluten free menu. Our daughter loved the kids meal and the staff was incredibly friendly. See you tomorrow! <3
Went here for lunch, and the staff was super friendly. They were about to go on lunch break and said they would make our food before their lunch and that we could stay as long as we'd like. Not to mention, the food was absolutely amazing! The service was quick, the atmosphere was quiet, and everything was super clean. We have gone to this location a few times, but I have to say this was the best experience I've had there yet.
Ordered the dynamite, California and French. All delicious. The only issue was that some weren’t wrapped well and kept falling apart.
This is the best Sushi in Castle Rock. They focus on making their sushi not only tasty but very healthy as well. The quality of fish, variety of rolls and attention to detail on sauces is excellent and the pricing is reasonable as well. The owners are very welcoming and friendly and you can clearly tell they take pride in the experience they provide their customers. 100% recommend!!
Sawara in Castle Rock, CO is a quick affordable place for Sushi! They have a large menu with so many delicious options. You take a seat, look through the menu and order at the counter. They'll bring the food to you.
