Always 5 star for food here. Never got disappointed except for once about 10 years ago when I ordered a vegetable dish that was supposed to be crispy fresh but burned and overdone. This is one of the best place for dim sum. Service has improved.happily to see no attitude from staff when I did not speak Cantonese. Price has understandably gone up by a lot as everything else nowadays like in Vancouver. No issue, business has to survive. Overall a happy experience with a satisfying meal. Will come band and recommend to others .

Must mention about a surprise discount for early birds, which made our experience even better. 5 stars on this!

One of the best dimsum restaurants in Richmond.

I’ve been here 5-6 times in the past 2 years now. Food continues to be amazingly fresh and consistent every time I visit. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Typical dim sum with great selections. A little overpriced. Even with reservation, we still need to wait to get seated.

We had the first day of Chinese New Years dinner here. The service was excellent 👌. The price for our set dinner was reasonable for the 6 of us. We usually come here for dim sum but their dinner is also very good. Parking can be a challenge as the parkade is shared with other businesses in the complex.

I finally seat on table and taste this delicious Morning Tea Market.
Each dish I ordered served very quick, less than 5 minutes as everything on my table.
Their service is pretty warm heart and taken care of everything I need. They will bring forks for me when I need without asking.
Very decent price with high quality materials and taste. So far those three dishes I have ordered, I love it.
Stomach and tendon are soft and little bit sticky as rice cake, fully flavoured and penetrating into each piece.
Chicken Rice Pot is a small serving for one person perfectly filling my stomach good. Perfect size with smooth chicken meat mix with mushrooms, very nice combination for morning.
And my desert is the Jelly, looks very attractive. Crystal looking and transparent layers, you can directly see what ingredients inside fully covered. Beautiful and taste, the jelliten texture is what I am looking for. Excellent sweetness in each bite brings you cooling down and happiness after a whole meal, fabulous dessert.
All in all, I would love to come and bring friends with me. By the way, you have 2 hours FREE parking when you dine in.

Food was good but not all dishes were great. Definitely used to be a lot better a long time ago. I still enjoyed lobsters and Peking duck (though, providing just 1 crepe per guest was quite lacking, to be honest. They charge more for extra crepe and even extra sauce).The rest of the food was nothing to write home about. Fried rice was super bland.

Service was friendly but despite having so many waiters and waitresses around, it took us 1 hour and 5 requests later to get some water. Refill was almost impossible as well, it was hard to wave someone down.

Tripw was very delicious. Came in on midday Thursday and it was already bustling with people. We're still able to get a table very quickly though. Found was a bit salty and had the lingering taste of msg

One of my favourite places to have dimsum in Richmond. The dishes are always well made and delicious and the price is pretty average despite how beautiful the restaurant is. Service is pretty good as well. Parking is available in the multi level parkade shared by the other businesses in that plaza but now you have to register your license plate via the QR code to get 2 hours free parking.
