The Hill is SO beautiful. Anybody would love living here!!
The area is incredible. Not only very safe, but also so fun! Lots of places to eat and fun
entertainment.
The staff is so great. The property manager Dalton, and regional manager Star, go above and beyond to ensure you’re happy and taken care of!
The maintenance team is also so incredible. They are quick with recognizing your requests or concerns and are always so polite.
You’ll love it here!

We love The Hill! It is in a great location, the amenities are nice, the maintenance guru Cody, is quick to respond to issues, and Starr and Dalton are very friendly in the leasing office.

We have lived here for 5 months and we couldn't be happier. The Hill at Eastbury has exceeded our expectations. Wonderful pool, summer kitchen with alfresco dining , and work out room. The indoor common space reminds us of Alys Beach. Jackie is the best manager, so thoughtful, responsive, and capable. Raymond and Cody are prompt and professional and take care of our every need.

Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. The location is amazing, - the heart of Homewood. It’s like living at a resort. It is beautiful and peaceful. I use the fitness center daily and pool area is a nice getaway spot. The staff really cares about the residents and maintenance is very quick to respond. I recommend this place to anyone!

The Hill used to be the best run apartment complex in Birmingham. The management team was very helpful, kept the grounds very clean/safe, and made sure to maintain a lovely living environment. Since the new management took over 6 months ago, there has been a drastic decline in the quality of this apartment complex. I have found trash multiple times in the hallways and elevators. One of the building entrances has been broken for two weeks with multiple residents being locked in and have either waited for someone to let them out or having to walk across the complex to get out of the building. The gate has also not worked in several weeks. When these issues have been brought up to the new management, they are unconcerned. While I previously loved living at The Hill, I am sad to say that I would not recommend living here any longer.

My husband and I have really enjoyed living at the Hill Apartments since November 2015. We love the beautiful club house, outdoor pool area, and fire pit! The staff is always warm and welcoming with fun new events happening at the club house. Maintenance is also always on top of orders we submit and always promptly respond. We would recommend this apartments to our friends and family for sure!

Our experience has been fantastic! We've lived here a year and both the office staff and maintenance staff have been very responsive when we've had specific needs. They are always professional. The office staff [Amanda, Amanda, Emily and Shelby] has always been pleasant and helpful; and the quality of the work by the maintenance staff - Jason, Trey and Tony - is always professional and first class. The overall attitude of all the staff is one of friendliness and helpfulness. We appreciate all of them!!!

NOT RENT FROM HERE.This review is based on my personal experiences. The quality of the complex is sub standard. For what you pay, the quality is not there. The builder constructed it cheaply and then sold it to the current owner. The bad:

Hot water issues: If you do rent, make sure you don't have a roommate if you both like taking warm showers within several hours of each other. As a lady, don't expect to shave your legs in the shower if you like the water to be warm. Be careful, If you complain about it, nothing will happen and they will stop responding to you.

Noise: Also, live on the top floor, if not you will hear everything the person above you is doing or anything going on in the ....all the time. I thought I had a 400 pound football player living above me, turned out to be a 130 pound graduate student. The insulation results in high utilities, especially power, which you wouldn't expect from new construction. Expect everything to break and need to be replaced. To sum it up, its worth about $800 a month, not $1700 .

Positives: decent parking....the the automated gates are actually working. Also, the pool is nice and the gym is small but adequate. The elevators are nice and helpful along with the carts they have....when they can be found.

For the amount of money you spend, the Hill is the worst possible quality apartment complex in the area.
