Terrible rates, and they opened about 30 minutes late. I wanted to exchange $100 USD for Mexican Pesos. With the $10 fee and the terrible exchange rate offered, it was about a $25 fee for exchanging $100. We opted to wait until we got into Mexico, where there are plenty of places that offer currency exchanges for closer to a 5% fee.
If this is your only option, then I guess you can pay their predatory fees. But consider getting your cash exchanged locally.

Called to verify they take Paraguayan $$ drove all the way to the airport from Shoreview… only to be told they don’t take Paraguayan $$$… 0 stars if able to give

I was passing through MSP airport on my way to Europe and decided to exchange dollars for Euros. The current exchange rate at the time was approximately 95 Euros per 100 USD. This place exchanged my dollars at a rate of 78 Euros per 100 USD and then tacked on a 10 dollar exchange fee (one would thought the horrible exchange rate would have been sufficient enough for services rendered). On my return home I used the same location wanting to exhange Euros for USD. They informed me that they would not accept my 1 and 2 euro coins for exchange. Stay away - exchange rates and fees are borderline predatory.

Rude, rude, rude. Teller was unable to raise her voice enough for me to be able to hear here through the little plastic wall hole. And a terrible rate of exchange on top of it all. If there is any way you can exchange not at the airport, I would suggest that. Traveling is stressful enough without rudeness and complacency. Believe this and the other reviews saying the same thing. Rude.

Not normally one to leave reviews but had an awful experience here. For one, the exchange rate is awful, so I wouldn’t recommend it regardless. For two, the employee working on Sunday June 11 @ 8pm was horribly rude and was not transparent in conveying information. Counted up all my pesos just for her to tell me after the fact that they don’t accept coins and that with the fee they charge, it wouldn’t have even been worth it for me to exchange my pesos. Whoever has her on payroll would be better off employing a doorknob. Even a doorknob would have been more helpful than this chick!

I was so thankful for finding this service today, as my local bank is no longer providing foreign currency exchange. However, I was disappointed as my transaction was not totally transparent. I thought the woman assisting me said that the EUR to USD was 1.07, which I thought was a fair rate, as the National Exchange rate was 1.062. She did tell me that there was a $5.00 Exchange Fee, which was fair. I asked her before I left "so if I spend 50 euro's, that will be comparable to 50 US dollars" and she said "yes". However, later I realized I was charged 1.274, which was almost a 20% over the National Exchange rate. So, it cost me $87.00 to get 300 Euros. I did call later in the afternoon and a woman answered and my receipt states " additional funds resulting from using this exchange rate shall be kept by the organization performing your requested transaction". So, I learned this is a very high price to pay for this service and convenience. I was very disappointed and perhaps should of waited until I got to my destination.
