Received a Christmas gift from my wife of a Fusalp sweater. With tags and receipt went to store to exchange. Even with tags in place and receipt the store manager refused to help with an exchange. Stated it needed to be returned by mail. Had done similar exchanges at other Madison Avenue stores (Brunello Cuccinelli, Hermes, etc) without ever a problem. Maybe this store should look for another location. Not Madison Avenue friendly.

I don’t usually write reviews but I discovered Fusalp for the first time during a short trip to the city (I’m based in London.) I bought the Angeline jacket which I love. However the experience shopping here was a real pleasure as I was served by Alexandra and Yenna, very sweet and helpful ladies. Thank you both, hoping you see this 😊

Bought a $400+ sweater that starting piling right away (2 Weeks after purchase), Fusalp refused to warrant or do anything, blaming warranty does not cover wear and tear, I can see after a season of wearing but this item is only 2 weeks old. BUYER BEWARE, Flora Sweater $390+tx, I replied to there email below and same outcome, We can not help you. To make it in USA better customers satisfaction will be needed. Maybe you can get away with it in Europe, but not in USA, consumers require more service and spend more $ in USA.
