Mushroom noodle is incredibly tasty and satisfying. Its rich, earthy flavor is something I truly enjoy it.

I tried Samurai Noodle the 1st time forever ago when I first moved to Seattle and did not particularly remember if I liked the ramen or not. I've been avoiding coming based on the reviews but I just happened to be in the area and decided to give their ramen another try and got the tonkatsu ramen. I set my expectations low and just as I had expected, it was overall disappointing. The ramen's presentation was nice but the broth was lacking depth and flavor. It tasted very watered down. I just slurped it down because I was hungry but it was not worth the price for the quality.

On the positive side, service was fast. I was seated when I arrived. The bowl arrived within 10 minutes after I ordered. It's a quick dine-in experience similar to how it is in Japan.

I don't think I will come back unless they make any improvements to the broth. I've tried practically every ramen restaurant in the greater Seattle area so my standards are very high. The taste of the broth is everything to me when it comes down to enjoying a good bowl of ramen.

Absolutely amazing ramen experience! The exceptional quality became apparent when I tried ramen in a different area of Washington. Their chicken ramen is a standout with rich flavors and perfectly cooked noodles. The spicy shoyo tonkotsu ramen is a flavor explosion that's both satisfying and exciting. The melon-flavored drinks are a delightful addition, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Simple place with no frills ramen. Food comes out quick. Soup bowls are big and very filling.

The vegan miso ramen was pretty good. It came with corn, tofu, sprouts and green onion. I added the marinated egg, which was really good. Wish it came with more veggies by default. Some places add cauliflower and broccoli.

First issue was probably ordering this as a delivery order. Noodles are always better fresh.
BUT they did a great job packaging. The kaarage was really nice crispy. Loved the chili sauce it came with. The takoyaki was a little too soft for me, but it was due to steam from the package. The noodle type was not my favorite but I am glad I gave it try to know now. I loved the soft boiled egg. I think this would be a better place to go into and enjoy for sure.
I did appreciate the different options for soup bases. Give it a go but in person.

Costumer service was good. Little bit time space. Maybe they need some update on menu and other things. Ramen soup was little bit floppy. Too many beansprouts on a top (if you do not really enjoy it, recommending to request less). Overall, not bad.

Incredible ramen. I really didn't know the quality that I was taking for granted until I got ramen in a different part of Washington. I love their tonkotsu and I really love their drinks! The melon flavor is delicious. I also really love their sumo bowl, which used to be a favorite of mine until I really started to like everything else. I love it!
