Leaving a 5-star review for now because I am honestly confused about things. I spoke with Hannah and she seemed very kind and understanding, was enthusiastic to help with my medspa needs and I was very excited to see her. We made an appointment for a consultation, but unfortunately I missed my appointment unintentionally. I called her shortly after the time and left an apologetic message, offering to pay a missed appointment fee and asking if we could reschedule. It seems like she has ghosted me since then, as I've left two other messages over the last few weeks trying to resolve the situation in good faith. I really need good people on my "life team," and Hannah seemed wonderful in every way. I'm just confused and a honestly my feelings are hurt to be ignored this way.

Most providers have some understanding that sometimes life happens and we accidentally miss appts. (I feel terrible about it.) I really hope Hannah is the same way and will give someone a second chance. It seems totally out of character for her, so perhaps she's had some life crisis or difficultly of her own, which would be understandable. We're all human. I wasn't told about any zero-tolerance missing policy when I scheduled and I am sincerely happy to pay a fee if that's applicable.

I am so glad I discovered this intimate clinic right in my neighborhood. I was especially appreciative of the extra steps the team took to insure my safety as an immunocompromised person. And I was thrilled with the procedures Hannah gave me....very natural-looking and effective. So happy!!

I did the acne injections and they cleared up my active spots in just a few days! Hannah is super willing to listen and help in any way she can and made me feel really comfortable during appointments.

Hannah was incredible! She hosted all of us a climbing group of 10 to give us all a B-12 shot. I would describe her as kind, diligent and understanding. She made sure to ask the right questions, was careful about injection! if you aren’t a huge fan of needles go see Hannah cause she makes the process so easy and quick!! ❤️ We love you Hannah!

Super friendly and flexible! Hannah is fabulous. This was my first experience with Botox and I really appreciated how comfortable she made me feel.

Everything was very clearly explained, from procedure through aftercare and expectations for treatment. She has a light hand, and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time.

Love love love the way I feel from the vitamin b12 injections! Hannah administrated totally painless shots to me and my mountaineering team for Mt Tahoma (Rainier)! We felt more energized to push ourselves while training and get into great mountain shape. I would totally recommend planning the shots into your summer training goals!!

Hannah is amazing! I've gotten Botox several times from a few providers and this was by far my best experience. Will definitely be going here from now on. Also recommend B12 shots. 10/10
