For local lifts or a lift to town brilliant! 10/10. Getting home without pre-booking a cab can be a nightmare. It is Edinburgh though!

I’ve used car hire services in the past but this was pretty faster than I thought. And cheaper than Uber that I initially requested and got cancelled. I’ll be sure to use when I come back to Edinburgh

DISLIKE! Booked with Bluebird for the first time - an early morning pickup for the airport. 20 minutes later and the taxi still hadn't arrived. Tried to call, no answer. Don't rely on Bluebird you need to be anywhere on time...
I live in liberton and trying to get a taxi up that way in the morning isn’t happening for a good 30-50mins. And I always forget about bluebird as from the town but there at your door within 5-10. Which is what I always need as run late constantly. After 5-6pm find them hard to get
Always reliable for me personally, would be better if you took card however that's desirable and didn't smell strongly of cigarettes
