Tiny park with lots of trees for shade and that iconic boar sculpture as a focal point. Wonderful river views, and when I visited, adorable toddler music and exercise classes. Seating and tables with checker boards. It’s a little NYC gem.
No water or restrooms, but the play park a couple blocks away has both.

Our home away from home. Nice to stay away from the craziness of the city.

Sutton Place Park is a little sanctuary that’s peaceful and scenic overlooking the East River. It’s situated between 56th and 55th Street off Sutton Place.
Very nice park on the river. Nice place to eat a boxed lunch outdoors

Small, quaint little park overlooking the East River with views of the Queensboro Bridge and Long Island City. It's clean with plenty of seating. Careful in the winter as it does get quite icy. Great place to hang out and read a book or just look at the water.

Very quiet area, social distancing possible, lots of benches. Nice views of Roosevelt island and tramway. A bit noisy due to work and tug boats in the area.accessible for strollers and bicycles.
